The icon font is being blocked by the browser, since it’s being served from a CDN. Please try reaching out to your CDN provider and ask them for headers to allow the files in question. Please see example in private.

Sorry for the problem. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541

You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/

If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

It’s possible to login using /wp-login.php, but after that it’s not possible to go to the backend of your site, since /wp-admin redirects to the home page. Please fix that if you should need further help.

Choices does not support PHP 7.2, but if you recreate your site using Enfold and update the PHP version after that, then you should not have any problems.

That means that you have uploaded them to folders with different names, you can check that via FTP, in the themes folder. If you rename the newly uploaded folder to the old name, then all your settings should be kept in the new version.

Hi,

Thanks for that. I enabled debug mode and copied the shortcodes to a new page, I got the same error message when trying to paste all of the shortcode, but after removing the last code block element, then it works as expected.

I tried adding the code in question to a new page using the default WordPress editor, and the same error message appears. There is likely something wrong with the script, or it might have to be added using a function instead.

When you are using the Classic Editor, then elements like that will show up under the content. If you use the Block Editor, then they will be placed in the sidebar.

I’m not familiar with the plugin in question, so please try to explain the problem you are having with it a bit further. It might also be a good idea to reach out to the authors of the plugin for support.
