Hey Gary,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.Salesforce_contact_form input { background-color: #fff; border: 2px solid #222; color: #222; }Best regards,
RikardHi Filipe,
Thanks for that. I see that same listing in site health on your site, but Enfold is not responsible for that. My guess is that it’s your security plugin which is disabling that, what happens if you disable the security plugin temporarily?
Best regards,
RikardHey happyfrog,
I can see a menu already in the top right hand corner of the site you linked to, did you manage to find a solution?

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey Talker77,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { .page-id-466 #av_section_4 .av_one_third { height: 600px; min-height: 600px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Johannes,
Thanks for the update. We can help you out with the update, but we will need some sort of verification that you actual own a license. I would recommend that you try contacting Envato first to see if they can help you out with that.
If you can’t get access to the account which bought your license, then I think you would have to purchase a new license. Otherwise you will have this same problem every time you want to update the theme, or need access to the theme files.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, but I still get an error message when trying to access that URL, please see private. I’m guessing your hosting provider is blocking some IP ranges, could you find out which countries are block, or are allowed please?
Best regards,
RikardHey vincent4,
I’m not sure I understand what you mean, could you try to explain what you would like a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Karsten,
Great, I’m glad that Ismael could help you out. We’ll keep this thread open for you if you should need any further help from us.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jef,
Yes, that is correct. WordPress 5.6 introduced some problems which we didn’t catch during our testing unfortunately. We are working on fixing all of them for the next release of the theme though, please continue using the plugin until the next version of the theme is available.
Best regards,
RikardHey sophie,
Are you using the Layout Builder to create the content in question? If so then that is as expected, since Yoast cannot read the content which is in shortcode. Note that this won’t affect your actual SEO performance.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes that is likely due the 85% argument, you can try to set a custom pixel value instead to see if that works better:
width: 150px;You could also assign a different class to the button button, if you want that to look different.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Combining files; I see that you have selected to do that already under Enfold->Performance. If you want to improve that even more then you might want to try a caching or performance plugin.
Redirect; I tried typing in your site URL without www and it loaded fine on my end using Chrome. It it’s not working on your end then please try using an incognito browser window.

Thanks for that. I’m not sure on which page we can see this problem though? The login token works, but I can’t see the account details menu item on the site, which is present in your screenshot. Could you link directly to where we can see the actual problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that Jordan could help you out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

Thanks for the login details and sorry for the problem. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try installing this plugin, and set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/

RikardHey tribaleye13,
Thanks for the login details, they don’t seem to be working though:
FEHLER: Ungültiger Benutzername oder Passwort.
Please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you manage to get the new version of the theme installed?

RikardDecember 16, 2020 at 4:21 am in reply to: Updating failed. The response is not a valid JSON response. #1267642Hi,
I still can’t see the JSON error when I try to update the page in private, but I do see the error message that I referred to in my previous reply:
I do see problems on the second page in private though, the server is throwing 403 errors on some files. Could you reach out to your hosting provider to see if they can see why that is please? If you have access to server logs then please share them with us as well.
Could you try reaching out to your hosting provider please? You could try to disable all plugins as well, to see if that changes anything. And install this plugin, and clear all WordPress transients: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/. Also please try to activate the parent theme, to see if that changes anything.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
1. You had selected for that menu to be shown as your secondary menu under Appearance->Menus, I deselected it for you.
2. You can select any menu for mobile, simply set the menu of your choice under Enfold->Main Menu->General->Alternate Menu for Mobile.
Best regards,
RikardHey jamlap,
Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, and change the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I’m glad that you found the culprit. I’m not sure what that plugin does to be honest with you, what exactly do you need it for?
Best regards,
RikardHi ignitionworkshop,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site. If you have screenshots of the problem, then that would help as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi ratoli,
Thanks for pointing that out, it’s helpful for sure.
Best regards,
RikardHey Michelle,

RikardDecember 15, 2020 at 1:25 pm in reply to: The elements are on page, but they are not displayed. #1267463Hi,
Thanks for that. The details you posted don’t seem to work though:
ERROR: The username or password you entered is incorrect.
Please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardxxHi,
You can do that by disabling the plugin in question, you can try to disable WP Rocket as well, to see if that changes anything.
If that doesn’t help then please update to the latest version of the theme (4.7.6.4). This update has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
