Hi,
Thanks for that. It seems like shortcodes are not working in the secondary menu, so we added the markup for you instead, and that is working. Please review your site.

RikardJanuary 27, 2021 at 1:17 pm in reply to: Shopify "Buy now" button (Javascript code integration) Problem! #1275779Hi Alex,
Thanks for the update. We don’t have any problems with looking for errors for you, but debugging third party code which has no relation to the theme, is beyond the scope of our support policy unfortunately. We have to stick to supporting our theme, basically.
Best regards,
RikardHi Manfred,
Thanks for the update. What exactly are you looking to adjust below 990 pixels?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the problem. We are working hard on getting the new version ready, it should be available within a few days.
Best regards,
RikardHey BenjaminSpeedtsberg,
Please install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then select to use jQuery 1.12.4 in the plugin options. This problem will be fixed in the next version of the theme, the plugin is only a temporary solution.

RikardHi David,
Thanks for the clarification, I see the same thing on my end unfortunately. It did seem to work yesterday though. I’ll ask the rest of the team for help, as I can’t see what is going wrong, and WPML isn’t really my area of expertise either.
Best regards,
RikardHi moshpitjoey,
Please check the header setting in the layout menu for each page you have this problem on.

We don’t have access to any user information on Themeforest, so I think you will have to reach out to their support to see if they can help you out.

RikardJanuary 27, 2021 at 4:59 am in reply to: Tab Section, individual tab height not showing correctly #1275656Hi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the problem which is shown in your screenshot, all the portfolio items are visible on my end. How exactly can we reproduce that problem?
I can see that there is problem when opening individual items though, the preview text gets cut off at the end, and I can reproduce those results on my local installation too. I have reported this problem to our developers.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Your site loads in just over 2 seconds on both tests in private, I think that is good performance. If you want to increase that more, then there are suggestions listed for you in the tests. The server still has high response times, but you will have to bring that up with your hosting provider. I don’t think you can do anything about that yourself.

RikardJanuary 26, 2021 at 6:04 am in reply to: Shopify "Buy now" button (Javascript code integration) Problem! #1275378Hi,
Thanks for the update. So the problem is that there are no products showing at the last Grid Row element on the front page? I see that the content you have added in the block is there on the front end, but the div which I think is supposed to hold the actual product, is empty. I would suggest that you reach out to the authors of this code for support instead, as they should be in a better situation to help you out with this.
Best regards,
RikardHey sitibus,
Thanks for the login details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.
Best regards,
RikardHey Marcel,
I’m not sure which images in specific you are trying to find the sizes for? https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-restaurant/. Maybe you could try importing the demo? Then you can see everything you need on the backend.
Best regards,
