Hey Boris53000,
You can set the image size in the Styling tab in the element options, did you try that out?
Best regards,
RikardHi Magnus,
Thanks for that. There’s a very long waiting period for the server to respond, as you can see in the test in private. We can’t do anything about that unfortunately, please try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can help you out with that.

Thanks for that. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#menu-item-907 .sub-menu li a { background: white; color: #002f14; }Best regards,
RikardHi Karin,
I’m not sure how you manage to get those results, since the widget is hidden under 1100 pixels. Could you try loading the page in an incognito or private browser window please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It looks fine on my end now, the CSS I sent is applying. Please try loading the site in an incognito or private browser window, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I see some jQuery related errors on the page, but I’m not sure what is causing them, please see private. What happens if you disable all plugins?

Hi Khaja,
Thanks for that. I can’t see the problem you are describing on my end though, the logo you have uploaded is showing on the front end, and I can’t see any problems under Enfold->Performance. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are having on your end please?

RikardHi,
You can see the your server has extremely long waiting times for it to respond in the test in private. As a comparison, I’ve included a test for our own site. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider, to see if they can help you out with getting the server response times down a bit.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/transients-manager/, then clear all the WordPress transients, to see if that helps. Make sure that you have a backup of the site, before you do this.
If that doesn’t help either, then please try uploading the theme again, using a fresh download from your Themeforest account.
Best regards,
RikardHey traepaca,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify:

RikardHi Mark,
I don’t think WP Rocket has an option for that, since the headers for that would likely be server specific. CDN services are good in general in my experience, so turning it off completely would likely not be a good idea. Please try reaching out to GoDaddy, to see if they can help you out with the appropriate headers, so that the icon font is allowed to be loaded by the browser.

RikardHey tokenofhon,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi Yvi,

RikardHi,

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m on OSX as well, and I checked your page, and the demo page in both Chrome and Safari on a 13″ screen and below, but I still can’t reproduce the problem. Is there anything in particular which we need to do in order to reproduce this?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You can turn that behaviour off under Enfold->Main Menu->Burger/Mobile Menu, look for the Clone title menu items to submenu option. Please note that your top level menu items which have children, won’t be accessible in your mobile menu, if you turn that option off.
Best regards,
RikardHey rodolfoangeloni,
I’m not sure if that would be possible, but there’s nothing like that in the theme by default unfortunately. You would have to look for a plugin, or third party code, in order to implement something like that in the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, and for the kind feedback. I tested your site just now, and I think the load times look good, please see private. The waiting time for the server to respond is still a bit high, but other than that, it looks good.
Best regards,
RikardHey Josh,
We are still developing this integration, but I can’t say when it will be finished unfortunately.
