Hi Jeff,
1. The fix has worked for all other customers, so it should work on your site as well. We can’t really say much more than that if we can’t access your site, and actually add the code for you. Maybe you could try reaching out to GoDaddy, in order to get FTP login details.
2. It could be related to the jQuery version you are using, but let’s try to fix the mobile menu first.
Best regards,
RikardHey wordninj,
Thanks for the login details. The SG Optimiser plugin creates problems when file compression is active under Enfold->Performance. I’ve turned that off for you, and the slider is working as it should now. Please review your site.

RikardHi,
The problem seems to be caused by CSS in your child theme. Could you try to remove all your customisations, then add them back one by one to see which one is causing it please?

Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps.

Thanks for the update. I saw the same problem on my end after adding the key, and the problem is the SG Optimiser plugin. It creates problems when file compression is active under Performance in the theme options. I turned that off, and your site is loading fine after that.

RikardFebruary 20, 2021 at 2:47 pm in reply to: fonts don't load correctly on first operning of website #1282474Hi,
Thanks for the update and video, but I still can’t reproduce the problem on my end. I didn’t accept any cookie settings, loaded the page in an incognito window, and the correct font is loading on first load. What exactly do we need to do in order to get the results you are getting on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHi John,
I think we misunderstood you, we thought you wanted to target all the regular prices. Not just the ones which has a sale price as well. Please try this to target the regular prices on products with a sale price:
.product_on_sale .price span.woocommerce-Price-amount bdi, .product_on_sale .price span.woocommerce-Price-amount bdi span { color: blue; }Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHi,
You can try this function to add your image:
function content_before_footer(){ echo 'Your image goes here'; } add_action('ava_before_footer', 'content_before_footer');Add a class to the image, then place the image in an absolute position using CSS.

RikardHi,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4, to see if that helps. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi spidxel,
You can simply copy the content from the same file in the parent, then add back your customisation, in the same file.

Great, I’m glad that it’s working for you. Thanks @guenni007 for helping out :-)

RikardHi Stefan,
Are you running version 4.2.2 of the theme? If so then the update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHey TLPLindseyMuchka,
We can give you custom CSS which will apply only to that page, but I’m not sure I understand exactly what you want to change on the page in question?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So everything is working as it should now then?

RikardHi Foeges,
First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options.

RikardHey davidsimsatbillsimscom,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.home #after_section_2 .av-magazine-time { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHey Tilman,
Please try this CSS as well:
.av-masonry h3.av-masonry-entry-title { font-size: 8px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
That CSS is added in your Quick CSS box, please have a look there. Also, you have PHP code in the same box, please remove that:
add_theme_support('avia_template_builder_custom_tab_toogle_id');Best regards,
RikardHey Jackie,
Great, I’m glad that you found the solution and thanks for the update. A fix for this will be included in the next version of the theme.
Best regards,
