Hi,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open, in case you should need any further help from us.
Best regards,
RikardFebruary 25, 2021 at 3:47 am in reply to: Background images start off pixellated before loading #1283560Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why the animation is a bit choppy, but it could be because of the new jQuery version in WordPress. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options. It could be your caching plugin as well, please try deactivating that, if the jQuery plugin doesn’t help.
Best regards,
RikardHi rolanddon,
Please try to specify the changes you would like to make a bit further, you can use the suggestions posted by @guenni007 for removing or editing the socket backlink.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { .woocommerce-page .sidebar { padding: 20px; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardFebruary 25, 2021 at 2:45 am in reply to: Scrolling movement to jump labels / jump marks / anchors #1283546Hey dan-79,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I added the CSS I sent to Quick CSS, and the menu looks to be flush to the right on my end. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Try copying this code into your functions.php file:
function content_before_footer(){ echo '<img src="https://www.hoeklijst.nl/wp-content/uploads/2021/02/hoeklijst-logo-linksonder.png" class="bottom-left-image">'; } add_action('ava_before_footer', 'content_before_footer');The image class is called bottom-left-image in this case.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’ve updated the file in question in both your parent and child theme, and it’s working now. Please review your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I see the same thing as in your screenshot on the page in private, I’m guessing that you want to change that colour to orange as well?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.page-id-106 #header_meta { background-color: blue !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi Aiko,
We can’t debug third party plugin problems unfortunately, but you can try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 in the plugin options, to see if that helps.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It will do that yes, until you have fixed the markup. I closed the open markup on the test page, and adding new content and saving works as it should now. Please recreate the rest of the content of the page, and make sure that you close all markup properly.
Best regards,
RikardHi Stefan,
Could you post a link to where we can see the elements in question please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Nadine,
Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the problem. The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/, and make sure that you are running PHP 7.2 or higher on the server. You are currently using PHP 7.0.x.
Best regards,
RikardHi Dan,
Sorry for the problem. Please try installing this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/, then set the jQuery version to 1.12.4 to see if that helps. This is only a temporary solution, until the next version of the theme is available.
If that doesn’t solve the problem, then please deactivate file compression under Enfold->Performance, and your caching plugin might create problems when that is active.

RikardFebruary 24, 2021 at 9:43 am in reply to: language switcher flag next to mobile (hamburger) menu #1283328Hey Alexander,
Could you post a link to your actual site, so that we can have a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Sabine,
This CSS seems to be changing the headers:
h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6, #top .title_container .main-title, tr.pricing-row td, #top .portfolio-title, .callout .content-area, .avia-big-box .avia-innerbox, .av-special-font, .av-current-sort-title, .html_elegant-blog #top .minor-meta, #av-burger-menu-ul li { font-family: 'barlow-semi-condensed','HelveticaNeue','Helvetica Neue','Helvetica-Neue',Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif; }It looks to be coming from your child theme. If you need help finding it, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, now all we need is FTP login details. Please post them in private as well.

RikardFebruary 24, 2021 at 7:42 am in reply to: Animations triggers too late (offset issue) on pages with easy slider #1283306Hey mc_wa,
I’m seeing error messages on your site, but I’m not sure where they are coming from, since your content is cached/minified. Could you try turning off all caching so that we can see where the error messages are coming from please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Andres,
Thanks for that. The FTP details are not working though, please check and verify.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’ve implemented the fix, and the mobile menu is working as it should now using the default WordPress jQuery version. You can disable and delete the plugin now, if you don’t need it for something else.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out the portfolio item where this is happening.
Best regards,
RikardHi ela,
Please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look at your site.
Best regards,
RikardHey Suze,
Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the problem. We can implement a permanent fix for you, until the next release of the theme is available. If you would like us to do that, then please verify that you have backups of your site.
We can add it on your other site as well, if you provide us with login details for that too.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardFebruary 23, 2021 at 11:29 am in reply to: Compatibility issue between WPRocket 3.8.5 and Enfold 4.7.6.4 #1283029Hi,
Thanks for that. The details seem to be working, but after logging in, it redirects to the front page, and the back end shows this error message:
Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.
Did you give the account administrator rights?
Best regards,
RikardHey Francisco,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .page-id-35 .avia-content-slider, .page-id-35 .slide-entry-wrap article.slide-entry { margin-bottom: 0; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks again for helping out @guenni007, it’s much appreciated as always :-)
