Hi,
Thanks for the update. I cleared the cache from your caching plugin, and the burger menu is white after that. The background is still transparent though, so please try this CSS as well:
.av-burger-overlay { background: #000; }Do you want all the burger menu items to have white background as well?
Best regards,
RikardHey Susanne,
Thanks for the login details. We can’t check the file in question, since Appearance->Editor is not active on your installation. Please activate that, or post FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,
RikardHey swissclick,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where we can see and reproduce the problem on your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHey eleonorabienno,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top .commentlist .children ul { margin: 0 0 0 25px !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #top #wrap_all .slideshow_caption h2.avia-caption-title, #top #wrap_all .av-slideshow-caption h2.avia-caption-title { font-size: 30px !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHey Anneloes,
You can’t get that result by setting a background image to the header unfortunately, since the header ends under the logo and menu. If you want the same layout for all your pages, then maybe you could try saving it as a template, then load that template for each new page?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see anything happening when hovering the logo in the footer though, what exactly do we need to do? The admin page you linked to is asking for a login, so we can’t view it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Jessica,
Thanks for reaching out to us. You will only need one license for a staging/live setup. If you should run into any problems, then please let us know on the support forum.

RikardHey natas442,
Please try adding a widget area to the header: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area. We can help you out with styling if we can see the actual element on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. So you got everything working as it should now then?

RikardFebruary 26, 2021 at 4:43 am in reply to: Dimensions of the preview images of the last articles #1283782Hi eleonorabienno,
The same answer I gave above still applies. You can change the size with CSS, but it will distort or skew your images. We still recommend that you use the same image sizes.
Best regards,
RikardHi Robert,
Thanks for the update. I see what you mean on the Performance page, that is happening because you have added a lot of padding to the element in the element options. You can remove all the padding by adding this CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { .flex_column.av_one_full { padding: 0 !important; } }This will apply globally to your site on screens smaller than 990 pixels. If you want to apply styling to only the elements in question, then please try adding a class to them, in the element options. Then we can target them more specifically.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You have selected the barlow-semi-condensed font for all headers, under Enfold->General Styling->Fonts. Please change it there.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The CSS in question is not coming from the theme, so I can’t really say why that is unfortunately. If you want to override it, then you should be able to do so using this CSS:
.shiftnav.shiftnav-skin-standard-dark ul.shiftnav-menu li.menu-item.shiftnav-active > .shiftnav-target { background: #ff8c00 !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. The problem on your site is the Book Now link in private. I changed that to a # in your menu, and the slider comes back after that. Maybe you would try linking to a page on your actual site, then use the link in question on that actual page?

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure exactly where you are looking to add an H1 tag though, could you try to explain that a bit further please?

The CSS in question is coming from app.css in your child theme:
.avia-button { box-shadow: 0 1px 0 0 #d02a02; }Please remove or edit it there.

RikardFebruary 25, 2021 at 5:17 am in reply to: Absolutely position in image at top right over everything including header bar? #1283570Hey mocreate,
Could you post a link to where we can see the elements in question please? Also please try to specify exactly what you are looking to achieve, either by explaining a bit further, or posting a screenshot highlighting your intentions.
Best regards,
RikardHey ekam520,
We haven’t tested the theme with any plugins like that unfortunately, so we don’t really have any recommendations to give. I would suggest that you simply try out the plugins you are interested in, to see if they work with the theme.

Thanks for the update. I tried checking your site, but it looks like it’s down at the moment:
Service Unavailable
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.Image size; it should be wider than the container element, you can check how wide it is under Enfold->General Layout->Dimensions.
Menu bar; I’m not sure I understand exactly which element you are looking to change, could you try to explain a bit further, or post a screenshot highlighting your intentions please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Valentina,
Thanks for the update. I’ve updated the file in question, but it’s still not working, since you are running an old version of the theme. Could you try to update to the latest version (4.7.6.4) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.7.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If you need help with updating, then please post FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Yes, that is one way of doing it. But you have to include the post ID class before the other class, like so:
.postid-29041 .avia-tooltip { display: none; }Best regards,
