Hey Thiael,

We’re not familiar with that plugin unfortunately, does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress plugins? I would suggest that you reach out to the plugin authors first of all, to see if they can help you out.

If you need further help from us, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know how and where to reproduce the problem.

Hi,

Thanks for that. As you can see on the new site you linked to, the shop menu item only expands or closes the sub menu, that means that you can’t actually navigate to the shop using the top menu item. If you want to hide the duplicate shop sub menu item on the first site, then please try this in Quick CSS:
```
#av-burger-menu-ul .menu-item-1082 {
  display: none;
}
```

It looks like your site doesn’t have an SSL certificate, could you try installing that first of all please? If that doesn’t help, then please try reaching out to your hosting provider, as it’s likely a server setting which needs to be activated for the demo import to work.

Sorry for the problem. We don’t have a permanent solution as of now unfortunately. We will post any solution we come up with here in this thread though. It will hopefully be sooner rather then later, so you shouldn’t have to wait for an official release of the theme.

Hi Kleimenhagen,

It sounds like there is a server setting which is preventing the upload, maybe the upload size is set lower than the theme zip file size. If you provide us with FTP login details in private, then we can upload the theme manually for you.

You can set most of what you are looking for under Enfold->Advanced styling. You would need custom CSS for the hover state though, please try this in Quick CSS:

h3 a:hover {
  text-decoration: underline;
}

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Having background images look exactly the same on all screen sizes is unfortunately difficult. You could try to duplicate the section in question, then use an image which is better adapted for mobile screens in the new one. After that, then you can select on which screen sizes you want to display your two sections on in the element options.

After you have exported your theme settings, then you can simply upload it under Import/Export. You don’t really need to store that file on your site at all.

Thanks for the login details. The page in private is a category page, so I’m not sure where you are expecting the video to show up? Category pages will only list the posts which are in the category in question.
