Hey Mariie,
The login details you posted are not working, please check and verify. Also, could you try to explain the problems you are having a bit further?
Best regards,
RikardHey Patrick,
Could you post a link to where we can see the results you are getting please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Tobias777G,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { h1, h2, h3, h4, h5, h6 { word-break: break-all; } }Image on the front page; you have added the image inside of an h2 tag, please try adding the image before the headline.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. It would help if we could see the results you are getting on your actual site. If the site is in maintenance mode, then please create a temporary user, and post the login details in private. That way we can access the site.

RikardJuly 6, 2021 at 3:55 am in reply to: color section background image not covering element completely on scroll #1308853Hi,
Thanks for the update. I still can’t reproduce those results though, I checked in Chrome, Firefox and Opera. I can’t check Edge though, since I’m on OSX. What is the size of the screen you are using?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, I’m seeing the same thing on my end. Are we allowed to temporarily disable plugins for debugging purposes?
Best regards,
RikardHi Michael,
Thanks for the update. If you are using CSS, then you can use the .home class to give the home page a different rule. For example:
.home .mobile-individual-logo { background: url('URL of your logo') center center no-repeat scroll; }If you prefer to use the function, then you should be able to a conditional statement to it, like this:
function av_dif_mobile_logo(){ if(! is_front_page()) { ?> <script> (function($){ $(window).load(function(){ if ($(window).width() < 480) { $(".logo img").attr("src", "http://kriesi.at/wp-content/themes/kriesi/images/logo.png");} }); })(jQuery); </script> <?php } } add_action('wp_footer', 'av_dif_mobile_logo');https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_front_page/

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the login details. I have a site hosted with one.com as well, and I’ve never had any problems with running Enfold on it: https://wpexpert.se/enfold/. It’s currently running the latest version of the theme (4.8.3). Could you try uploading a fresh copy of the theme to see if that helps please?
If you should have any further problem; are we allowed to activate Enfold in order to see the actual problem on your site?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can only see h1 and h3 elements on your actual site, where can we see this problem happening on your actual site?
There no functionality for horizontal scrolling in the theme unfortunately. You would have to use custom CSS for that, this might help you out for example: https://css-tricks.com/pure-css-horizontal-scrolling/
Best regards,
RikardHi Iben,
Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working again. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHi Ron,
We don’t have a set date for that yet unfortunately. Maybe you could stick to using the built in Layout Builder for now? If you need help with your landing page, then please post a link to it, and try to explain a bit further what you need help with.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please replace the last code I sent, with this:
#av_product_description .active-parallax { height: 367px !important; max-height: 367px !important; }Best regards,
RikardJuly 5, 2021 at 2:48 am in reply to: Possible to have the menu directly overlaid on an image? #1308688Hi Stephen,
You can do that by selecting to have a transparent menu in the Layout menu, on the page in question.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The search seems to be working on my end now though, are you seeing the same thing?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It works as expected here: http://wpexpert.se/enfold/gallery-test-2/. The first image is linked.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found the code in question. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHey iogawebsites2018,
Your menu items are a light colour on my end, before scrolling. Did you manage to get it working? If you still need to change the menu item colours, then you can do so under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and under Enfold->Header->Transparency Options.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. What happens if you disable all plugins, and activate the parent theme? You might want to try this on a staging copy of the site, if you don’t want to do it on the live site.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I don’t understand your question, could you try to explain your problem a bit further please?

RikardHey Justin,
Thanks for the screenshot. I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to change though, could you try to explain that a bit further please? Also please post a link to where we can see the actual element.
Best regards,
RikardHi Elisa,
Thanks for that. The first one doesn’t seem to work when I try it, but the second one tells me that you haven’t added billing details to the Google account which you used to create the API. Valid billing details are a requirement for Google Maps to work: https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable?pli=1
Best regards,
RikardHey michaelspencer,
I can see a different logo on mobile on your site, I’m guessing you got one of the methods working?
We’ll check if we can add an option to add a different logo to mobile, in a future release of the theme.
Best regards,
Rikard -
