Hi Corina,
Something is adding extra markup, which is why the logo is shown twice. The extra markup is not coming from the theme, so I’m guessing it’s the plugin you referred to. We can’t debug problems caused by third party plugins unfortunately, so please try reaching out to the plugin authors to see if they can help you out with this.

Great, I’m glad that it’s working as it should again. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi Karl,
What exactly is not working with the plugin in question? Enfold uses shortcodes to create content, it is therefore not included in the areas they are listing. I can pass the link you sent on to our developers, but I can’t promise or say that it’s possible to include the content created by the Enfold layout builder into Yoast.

RikardHi Rob,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You have the option to add buttons in the slider under Advanced->Link Settings in the element options, if you want to continue using the slider. If not, then you will have more design freedom if you use a Color Section element, and add the video as a background to it.

RikardHi Chris,

You need to copy that file from WooCommerce into your child. If you don’t want to override that template, then simply delete the file in question.

RikardHey zanatur,
Could you post a link to where we can see the problem you are having please?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I checked your settings under Enfold->Advanced Styling, and the h2 tag is now set to bold there. You have an entry on the bottom of the page as well, which is set to have all headers bold. If you want different setting for your headers, then please remove the setting for all headers, then add the individual header tags and make the necessary settings.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The login details are working now, but I can’t view the order:
Ungültige Bestellung. Mein Konto
Could you give us instructions on how to place and order, and where to go to see the header which you would like to adjust please?

RikardJuly 20, 2021 at 5:07 am in reply to: Error: This theme failed to load properly and was paused within the admin backen #1310809Hi,
Thanks for the update. The active theme on your site still seems to be very old (3.1.5), could you try updating to the latest version (4.8.3) to see if that helps please?
The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If you need further help, then please provide us with admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardJuly 20, 2021 at 4:54 am in reply to: Layerslider & Menu bugs (Can't edit anything in them) #1310806Hi,
Thanks for the update and clarification. I see the same problem with you menu when trying to add a new items for example, nothing happens when doing that for some reason. I can’t see any error messages, so I’m not sure what is causing it unfortunately. Does the same thing happen if you activate one of the default WordPress themes? You could also try to disable all plugins, to see what happens then.
The emails you got from WordPress is referencing an old version of the theme, and I see that you are running the latest version now. Are you still getting emails like that, after you are running the latest version?

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure what is going on with your site, but it seems like it’s still being cached even after turning off WP Rocket. It doesn’t show the same results when logged in though, which again suggests that the problem is caching. I’m seeing correct results when logged in, but not when logged out and checking in private/incognito browser windows. Please see private for an example. I’ve left your caching plugin deactivated, and file compression in the theme options as well. It might be a good idea to keep it like that for at least a few hours, to see if the caching expires after that.
You might want to reach out to WP Rocket support as well, to see if they can help you with clearing all caches, since it doesn’t seem to do that even though the plugin is disabled.
We don’t have any other support option other than this forum.
Best regards,
RikardHi Daniel,
Thanks for the update. I see what you mean when I first load the page you linked to, but it changes after I reload the page. I’m not sure why that is though, please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Sorry for the late reply. You need to set your front page for each language in the theme option, simply click the language flags in the top left of the screen to change language. Each page has to be edited individually as well.
If the settings are not working for the language flags, then please try this in Quick CSS to remove them:
#avia-menu li.av-language-switch-item { display: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi xeovision,
Sorry for the late reply. Do you still need help with this?

RikardHi CoachDavid1,
Sorry for the late reply. I’m not sure I understand the problem you are having, could you try to explain it a bit further please? Are you having problems with custom elements being indexed?

RikardJuly 19, 2021 at 5:45 am in reply to: Displayed Everywhere Widgets are not displayed anymore in latest Version #1310678Hey flogee,
We haven’t had any reports of this problem from other users, and I can’t reproduce it on a local installation either. We would need to see the actual problem to be able to help you our further. Maybe you could copy the site to a staging site and update there first?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see any problem on the demo you linked to, and the video you posted leads to a 404 page. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further, and let us know how to reproduce it please?
