Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s back to normal again. I didn’t make any changes to your site, so maybe it was a local problem in your browser. The broken theme is likely a folder in your themes folder, which shouldn’t be there. If you need help with that, then we would need FTP login details as well.

We are planning on a new theme release later today. If you want to update to that, then it would be a good idea to do it on a staging version of the site first. That way your production site will be safe, if there should be any problems with the new version.

I can’t reproduce the 404 problem on a local installation, are we allowed to try it out on your site? I see that you have disabled that functionality for now.

Did you check your 404 page settings in the theme options? Look for the Custom Error 404 Page option, then make sure that it’s not set to use your front page.

I couldn’t login because of the 2FA, maybe you could generate a code manually for us?

I would suggest that you perform all updates on a staging version of the site, from now on.

You might need to update it to the latest version: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme, then please try reaching out to the person who bought it. If you can’t get the necessary details, then you might have to purchase an additional license.
