Hi William,
Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s back to normal again. I didn’t make any changes to your site, so maybe it was a local problem in your browser. The broken theme is likely a folder in your themes folder, which shouldn’t be there. If you need help with that, then we would need FTP login details as well.
We are planning on a new theme release later today. If you want to update to that, then it would be a good idea to do it on a staging version of the site first. That way your production site will be safe, if there should be any problems with the new version.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS as well:
@media only screen and (min-width: 990px) and (max-width: 1200px) { .html_header_top #top .av_menu_left .main_menu { left: auto; right: 0; } }Best regards,
RikardHey Ammar,
Thanks for reaching out to us. I’m sure that is possible, but we haven’t tested the theme with any plugins like that unfortunately.

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (4.8.5) to see if that helps please? The update to 4.8.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHey BMMtOliveLC,
Thanks for the screenshots. Is it the items from the WordPress menu you are referring to? If so, then that is not controlled by the theme. What exactly would you like to change?
Best regards,
RikardHi GB,
You can password protect pages in WordPress, I’m not sure if there are any plugins for notifying you each time they are viewed/logged into though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working again, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi Tim,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We are planning on releasing a new version of the theme later today, hopefully that will fix your problems.
I can’t reproduce the 404 problem on a local installation, are we allowed to try it out on your site? I see that you have disabled that functionality for now.
Best regards,
RikardHi Evelyn,
Styling in iframes comes from the site where the iframe is fetched from, adding CSS to your site won’t affect the styling of it.
Best regards,
RikardHey LukasEEE,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1045px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Best regards,
RikardHi Paul,
Thanks for the update. The new version should hopefully be available later today, likely late afternoon/early evening CET.

Thanks for the update. Could you give us detailed instructions on how to reproduce the problem please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Michael,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey armyranger882002,
Did you check your 404 page settings in the theme options? Look for the Custom Error 404 Page option, then make sure that it’s not set to use your front page.
I couldn’t login because of the 2FA, maybe you could generate a code manually for us?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We’ll keep this thread open for you, in case you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHey Brian,
Thanks for the login details. I checked the post in private, but I can’t see any problems there. Is this happening on a specific post or page only?
Best regards,
RikardHey Antonio,
Thanks for the login details. You are applying the colour to the span element, but you then add a strong tag inside of that, so the colour of that will be decided by the strong tag. I’ve change this text as an example for you:
(Facilitated by VRWS Speakers & Facilitators)
If you need to have your strong tags in different colours, the you can try markup like this:
<strong style="color: #ddd;">Session 2:</strong>Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. We can’t know if it will work or not, unless we try it out. If you would like to roll back, then please let us know, and provide us with the necessary details in private. If not, then we are planning on releasing a new version of the theme later today, if you would like to try that out instead. I would suggest that you perform all updates on a staging version of the site, from now on.

I’m not sure exactly what you are looking for, or if it’s possible. Could you try to explain the problem a bit further please? Also, the html pages you are referring to, are they created in WordPress or are they uploaded manually?
Best regards,
RikardHi Valerie,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Which version of the theme are you running? You might need to update it to the latest version: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you don’t have access to the Themeforest account which was used to purchase the theme, then please try reaching out to the person who bought it. If you can’t get the necessary details, then you might have to purchase an additional license.
Best regards,
RikardHi aseiden,
Thanks for the login details, and sorry for the late reply. I see that you have the old version active for now, are we allowed to temporarily activate the new version in order to see the actual problem on your site? We are planning to release a new version of the theme later today, so you might want to hold off and try that version instead.
Best regards,

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, so it needs to be updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If you need help with updating, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin, and FTP login details in private. Also please verify that you have backups of the site.

RikardAugust 2, 2021 at 6:11 am in reply to: MemberPress membership pages have "fatal error" occurring under Enfold Theme. #1313815Hi,
Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why this is happening unfortunately, would you like to roll the site back to an earlier version of the theme, to see if that helps? If so, then please include FTP login details in private as well. We are planning a new release of the theme for later today, but I can’t say if that will fix your problems or not.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see the same errors when logged out, but not when logged in. This again would indicate caching, it’s not something the theme applies. Would you be able to to completely disable the server side caching? You might want to reach out to your hosting provider about this problem as well.

RikardAugust 2, 2021 at 5:52 am in reply to: Enfold Theme clashing with Gravity Forms + and + button to add row #1313812Hey Michael,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.gform_wrapper tr:nth-child(odd) { background: white !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi Manfred,
Thanks for the update. Please try the new version of the theme out when it’s available. We’ll keep this thread open, in case you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can’t see anything obviously wrong with you site, so this might have something temporary. Did you receive the email more than once? If not, it’s likely that it’s temporary. We’re planning on releasing a new version of the theme later today, you might want to check if the same problem happens when updating to that.
Best regards,
