Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update, let’s continue in your other thread.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but I got redirected to the URL in private the first time. How exactly did you clean the site after it was infected? It worked as expected the second time I tried logging in though. Do you have backup from before the site got infected? If you do, then I would recommend that you restore that, or get the site properly cleaned before doing anything else. You could use a service like Sucuri for example.

RikardAugust 4, 2021 at 5:53 am in reply to: WPML & Enfold (backend rolls in circle doesn't work) #1314255Hi,
Thanks for that. I created a test page, and the problem seems to be the use of the word get.
Troubleshoot: Text Block element not loading
This is a rare case but if typing certain words, such as “get“,”include“, “select” or “head” in Text Block element breaks it after saving, there might be a modsec rule in firewall settings causing this issue.
This is a security measure taken by hosting providers and it is not a theme issue. You can contact your hosting providers and ask them to whitelist those words and that should fix the issue.
https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-layout-builder/#troubleshoot
The test page is working after I removed all instances of the word get.

RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#avia-menu .sub-menu .sub-menu .sub-menu .avia-bullet { left: auto; right: 90px; }Best regards,
RikardHi Giovanni,
Thanks for the update. I don’t think you should have any problems if you add the token to the test site first, then remove it and add it to the production site after that.
Best regards,
RikardHi Herbert,
That it possible if you save the element as custom element in the element options. If you don’t see that option, then please check your settings under Enfold->Custom Elements.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I get the same results now on a local installation, it’s working as it should when a default WordPress theme is active. I don’t have a solution for you at the moment unfortunately, but I’ve reported this problem to our developers. Please reply to this thread so that it gets added back to our support queue.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t see any problems with using that plugin, but like I stated above, we haven’t tested the theme with any LMS plugins at all. If you should run into any problem, then we can try to help you out on the support forum.
Best regards,
RikardHi Michael,

Great, I’m glad to hear that the white space is working again. I’m not sure where we can see the problem with the columns though, could you link directly to the page where you are using the negative values please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Berlinda,
You can do that yes, but you will have to enable debug mode: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. All the demos are created using the Layout Builder though, so you can easily recreate them that way instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi Bert,
We didn’t receive any login details. Please try sending them again, and make sure to write something in the public box as well.

Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.6) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also make sure to toggle a theme setting after that, and save.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please check to make sure the option to delete old CSS and JS files is active under Enfold->Performance. If that doesn’t help, then please include admin WordPress and FTP login details in private. Also verify that you have backups of the site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you send us FTP login details in private, and verify that you have backups of the site, then we can update for you. We’ll keep the old version in case something should go wrong. If you want to update through the theme options, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
In the future I would recommend that you keep a staging version of the site, where you update on first to see if there are any problems.
Best regards,

RikardAugust 3, 2021 at 12:25 pm in reply to: Margin values on separator element being ignored after latest update #1314136Hi,
Thanks for the update. We released a new version of the theme yesterday, could you try updating to that please? Also remember to toggle a theme setting and save, and activate the option to delete the old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance, so that the CSS files will regenerate.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. If you are looking to have a static site, then I think it would be better if you changed the contact form to a static solution as well. Netlify has solutions for that for example. I’m not aware of any solution except iframes to display content from another site.

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please update the theme to 4.8.6: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I can’t reproduce the 404 problem on your site either, it redirects to the page in private, which is set as the custom 404 page in the theme options. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?
Best regards,
RikardHi tanarusi,
Thanks for the update. I see a 406 error on the admin-ajax.php file as well when trying to edit your home page. Could you enable debug mode, so that we can copy the content of the page to a test page or test installation please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider as well, to see if they can give you some more information on why the server is responding with that error message.
Best regards,
Rikard -
