Thanks for that. I can’t see what is going wrong unfortunately, but the video in question is not working on a test installation either. I tried using the example video which is used in the element option description (see private), and that is working in the same video element. Are you sure there isn’t a setting which you might have missed on Vimeo?

Hi,

Thanks for that. I’m not sure why, but all the pages look to be located in the trash folder under Pages in the WordPress menu. The demo import is not importing them, since they are considered to be existing until they are permanently deleted from the trash folder. Please try to restore the pages which you want to use, or permanently delete them, and try the demo import again after that.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. So is the problem that the content is being hidden under the header, or the HR? You can see that the HR setting is working in the screenshots in private, what you are seeing is padding on the main container.

Hi,

1. If you don’t have those pages, then you can create them manually and set them under WooCommerce->Settings->Advanced. Then use these shortcodes for each page:
```
[woocommerce_cart]

	[woocommerce_checkout]

	[woocommerce_my_account]
```
2. If you want the default sorting option, then you can use a blank page for your shop page, or use the Product Grid element.

3. Please try this in Quick CSS in order to remove the grey border:
```
div.inner_product {
  border-colour: transparent; 
}
```

Thanks for that. I checked your user on our system, and the support period is still not updated unfortunately. It could be due to a delay at Themeforest/Envato, but I’m not sure if that is the reason.

Hi,

Thanks for that. The problem goes away when the parent theme is active, that means it’s coming from your child theme. Could you try updating header.php with the content of the parent theme file please? After that, you can add your customisations back in.

We recently implemented a check to see if our users have valid support licenses, since it’s a requirement from Themeforest/Envato. Your theme license is valid for life, but support is not. Hi Matt,

Thanks for that. It looks like you are trying to use Font Awesome icons in in the footer? That is not included in the theme, and I can’t see the font being imported anywhere on your site. If you haven’t imported the font, then you would have to do that first: https://fontawesome.com/start

Also, I’m seeing some broken CSS in your Quick CSS box, please check your code using a service like this: http://csslint.net/
