Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running a child theme, but I can’t check the content since Appearance->Theme Editor is turned off on your installation. Please turn that on if you should need any further help, or if you want to check it yourself. If you can see header.php in your child theme, then please follow what I wrote earlier in this thread.

Yes, that is the problem. The sidebar won’t show if you only use full width elements like Color Sections or Grid Rows. If you add a 1/1 at the bottom of your layout, then it will show next to that.

Thanks for the video. Theme options not applying; you had some invalid and open CSS in Quick CSS, I fixed that for you. Everything seems to be working when I deactivate the WP-Optimize plugin, but the problems return when I activate it back. Could you try clearing the cache from the plugin in question please? If it still doesn’t work after that, then please try reaching out to their support for further help.

Thanks for the update. I wasn’t able to connect to your site at all using my regular IP, but I was able to once I switched to a VPN service. I managed to login and check a few things, but then it went back to not connecting at all after that. Could you share server error logs with us please? If you have FTP details, then that would help as well, since the backend of your site doesn’t seem very stable.
