Hi,
Thanks for the update. So when exactly does this problem start occurring? Did you add anything in particular just before the problem starts?
Best regards,
RikardHey Sully730,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you are only using full width element on your front page, if you add for example a 1/1 at the bottom of your layout, then the sidebar should display next to it.

RikardJanuary 22, 2022 at 5:19 am in reply to: 'Hide on Mobile Devices' extend to tablet portrait size #1336608Hey PhatJ,
Could you post a link to where we can see the elements in question please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Julio,
If you want to set a different colour for the strong element, then you can do so under Enfold->Advanced Styling. If you want to set a different colour to a link within some bold text, then please add something like this:
<strong>This is text <a style="color: red;">and this is a link</a></strong>Best regards,
RikardHi Bastian,
Thanks for the login details. Is the problem that you want to design your own blog page? If so, then unset the current blog page you have in the theme option. Then you can edit the page in question and add the Blog Posts element, that will give you more freedom to create your own blog page.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
What is the resolution of your ipad? You can adjust the pixel value when the burger menu is activated using this CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Simply adjust the 1024 value to your preferred value.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I tried putting some dummy content into the Google Maps element on your contact page, and it look like you haven’t added billing details to the Google account which was used to create the API key. Please refer to this: https://console.cloud.google.com/project/_/billing/enable

There’s no menu item with the menu-item-2 ID, which element do you want to apply it to?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

The image in private doesn’t load on my end, please check and verify with a working image.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.8.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. Also please add your API key under Enfold->Google Services after updating.
Please refer to this if you haven’t registered your theme license yet: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. You can add as many CSS classes as you wish, just remember to give them unique names:
.orange-13 { font-size: 13px; color: #ff0000; }Best regards,
RikardJanuary 21, 2022 at 10:39 am in reply to: "Layout Settings Menu" Not showing on backend when editing pages #1336513Hi,
Thanks for that. All the details seem to be there, except a password?
Best regards,
RikardHey rmatus,
Which version of the theme are you running? If it’s not 4.8.8.1, then please try updating to that: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that is not the problem, then please share WordPress login details with us in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey Brett,
Your can provide the theme for your client, but I’m not sure if it’s possible to transfer the actual ownership of the license to them. You would have to reach out to Themeforest/Envato for clarification or help with that.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The WordPress login details you posted are not working, please check and verify.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. Does it make any difference if you deactivate all plugins?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this CSS as well:
.avia-content-slider .slide-image img { border-radius: 0; } .html_elegant-blog .avia-content-slider .av-vertical-delimiter { border-color: green; }Best regards,
RikardJanuary 21, 2022 at 7:28 am in reply to: How do I add an image instead of a text to the main menu that links to a page? #1336481Hi Philipp,
Child themes are only used to override the parent, so there are no updates for them. Are you overriding header.php in your child? If so, then please try to replace that with the content from the same file from the parent to see if that makes any difference. If not, then please remove all your customisations from the child, then add them back one by one to see what is causing this problem to happen.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
This is likely related to the problem in the other thread which I just replied to, I can see the content fine when I’m logged in or if I use an incognito/private browser window. Please try clearing all caches, and/or deactivate your caching plugin temporarily.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I can’t see the problem when logged in, or when using an incognito/private browser window. That would suggest a problem with caching, which would likely be coming from the caching plugin you are using.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If the CSS is page specific as in this case, then it’s likely better to put it in the custom CSS box, yes :-)
