Hi,
Great, I’m glad that we could help. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.
Best regards,
RikardHey Peter,
This is WordPress problem unfortunately: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/54902. It will be fixed in the next WordPress release. If you need this working quicker, then please try this in your functions.php file:
function ava_custom_css_admin_mod() { echo '<style> .wp-core-ui .attachments:after { visibility: hidden; display: block; font-size: 0; content: " "; clear: both; height: 0; } </style>'; } add_action('admin_head', 'ava_custom_css_admin_mod');Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I had a look at the plugin in question and it doesn’t look like a very popular plugin, and it has not been updated for over a year either. Maybe you could try an alternative plugin? We could try to reproduce the problems you are pointing out, but fixing compatibility issues for a plugin with only 3.000 active installations would not be a priority in our development process.
Best regards,
RikardHi Steph,
Please try to replace header.php in your child with the content of the same file from the parent theme, to see if that helps. You can add your customisations back to that file after it has been replaced.
Best regards,

Thanks for the update. You will have to extend your theme support if you want full access to the support forum, please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I’m asking where you are adding the text and images in the backend of WordPress? Not where you are adding the CSS.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi caw67,
We can’t say that for sure, but I’m pretty confident that this bug will be fixed in WP 5.9.1. You should not have to add any fixes after you have updated to 5.9.1.

Thanks for that. I’ve added the fix to your site now, and the load more functionality is working as it should. Please review your site.
I’m still not sure I understand the problem you are having accessing the forum, please try to explain that a bit further.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try this instead:
.avia-fullwidth-slider .slideshow_caption { padding: 320px 0 0 0; } .avia-fullwidth-slider .caption_container { padding: 0; width: 100%; max-width: 100%; } .avia-fullwidth-slider h2.avia-caption-title { width: 100%; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Where exactly are you adding the text on the backend?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I don’t see a problem with the CSS you are using, as long as it’s working :-)
I’ll let you know here once we have a permanent solution for this.

We have a temporary fix for this problem, and we can implement it on your site if verify that you have backups of your site. Also please please include FTP login details in private, in case we should need that.
If you need to renew your support period, then please refer to this: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/207886473-Extending-and-Renewing-Item-Support
Best regards,
RikardHi,
This problem was introduced in WordPress 5.9: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/54902. We don’t have a solution for this as of now, rolling back WordPress to a previous version would likely work though: https://increasily.com/how-to-downgrade-wordpress/
Best regards,
RikardHi GROSSfranz and mistermagoo8691,
If you need further help with this, or if you need the previous version of the theme, then please open a new thread.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update.
a. Maybe it would be better if you used a Special Heading element for that? If that is not enough, then please assign a class in the options to the element you end up using, so that we can target it a bit easier with CSS.
b. I’m not sure I fully understand what you are looking to achieve here, but you cannot show the whole image when it’s set to cover the container element. Some loss of image data is inevitable. If you want to show the whole image at all times, then you would need to use the regular Image element. If you need further help with this, then please post a screenshot highlighting your intentions.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. This problem seems to happen only if the columns are set to have no margin, I’m not sure if this is a bug or not, but I’ll investigate further. In the mean time, please try this CSS:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 989px) { .responsive .av_one_fourth.first.el_before_av_one_fourth.flex_column_div { clear: initial; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’ve activated debug mode on your site, so that you can copy shortcodes between pages. I’ve removed the open markup on the page in private, please use that as your home page, or copy the content to it.
Best regards,
RikardHey cyberculture,
The theme files should be available in the Downloads section in your Themeforest account. If you want to update from the backend of WordPress instead, then please refer to this on how to register your theme, and how to create a token: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that @guenni007 could help you out :-)
Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

RikardHi,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where we can see the problems on your actual site. If you have screenshots highlighting the problems, then that would help too.
Best regards,
RikardHi Mike,
Sorry for the problem. Downgrading to the latest version of the theme should hopefully solve that, please see private. If you need help with that, then please post admin WordPress and FTP login details in private. Also verify that you have backups of your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The login details look to be incomplete though, I think you forgot to include a username?
Best regards,
RikardHey sitibus,
The image in private is being used as your logo, but it doesn’t look blurry at all on my end?
Please consider updating the theme to the latest version (4.8.9): https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update.
Best regards,
RikardHi Justine,
Thanks for the login details. I don’t think this is theme related, since I can’t reproduce the problem on a test installation. Could you try deactivating all plugins, to see if that helps please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you found a solution, and thanks for the update. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
