Thanks for the update, and for the clarification. Could it be that the Google test is wrong then? You are getting good scores in other tests, and the site loads very fast in an actual browser. Isn’t that all you need really? We can’t tell you exactly how the Google test work unfortunately, but if the site loads fast in real life, then isn’t that enough?

If you think that the theme is responsible for your bad score at Google, then I would recommend that you run tests using other themes, then compare them.

It looks like you are running an old version of the theme, the Post Metadata element was implemented recently. Please try updating the theme to 4.9: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If the update doesn’t show up on the backend, then please try to install and configure this plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
