Hi,

The primary colour is set to black in the theme options, so the rendering seems to be correct. Are you specifying that text to be white some place else?

Thanks for that. /wp-admin/ leads to a 404 page, and /wp-login.php gives me this message:

Access denied Error code 1020
You do not have access to wearesrna.org.

The site owner may have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site. Contact the site owner for access or try loading the page again.

How can we login to your site?

Thanks for the login details. Does it make any difference if you clear the cache and minification from your caching plugin? You could also try to deactivate it temporarily.

Thanks for the update. I wasn’t able to reproduce this my local test installation, but I could see it on a live one. The rest of the team was able to see it on their ends too, so I think this is something which we have to fix. I will report this to our developers, and let you know when we have a fix available. Until then you can set the link to open in a new window if you like, since that is working as it should.

Are you overriding footer.php or header.php in your child theme? If so, then please try to replace those files with the parent theme version, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need further help, then please open a new thread and include WordPress admin login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.

Thanks for that. Did you try to clear the cache from your caching plugin, or leave it deactivated for a while? Please note that the theme is not responsible for crawling your site, and there’s nothing in the theme which would disallow crawling for mobile devices for example.
