This CSS is causing that to happen:

Maybe it’s added in Quick CSS?

Du kannst dieses Element nicht bearbeiten, da es im Papierkorb liegt. Stelle es wieder her und versuche es dann erneut.

Hi,

Thanks for that. Your logo will be displayed larger if you try setting a custom pixel value for you header under Enfold->Header->Header Size. Please try that out.

1. We don’t decide the support pricing unfortunately, Themeforest/Envato are setting the prices.

2. No, as long as you have a valid support period for one license, then you can access the support forum.

3. There is a support group on Facebook, which is not run by us: https://www.facebook.com/groups/WordpressEnfold

I’m not aware of any legal problems in regards to not being able to provide free support, but that is a requirement we have been given by Envato.

It’s likely that you have open html markup in your content just before the layout starts breaking, please try checking for anything like that. If you need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know where we can see the actual problem.

Hi,

Sorry for the problem. Since you are running a very old version of the theme, I would recommend that you update to the latest version first of all. The update to 4.9.x has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

If updating does not solve your problem, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, so that we can have a closer look at your site.
