Hi,
Thanks for the clarification. It’s only possible to use one theme at a time in WordPress unfortunately, and the Divi layout builder is not available as a standalone plugin as far as I know? If you want to use Enfold, then I would highly recommend that you use the built in Layout Builder instead.
If Enfold is not what you are looking for, then please file a refund request at Envato/Themeforest.

I checked your site, but I’m not sure if I can see the actual problem. Please try describing it a bit further, or post screenshots highlighting. Please note that our theme cannot be compatible with all third party plugins, and that our support is limited in debugging problems caused by unsupported plugins.

Thanks for the update. Did you try to temporarily deactivate all plugins? If not, then please try that out. If you should need any further help, then we would need access to the backend of your site. Note that there are warnings which are not theme related on the WordPress login page of your site as well.

RikardHi Peter,
Maybe @guenni007 solution would be something that you could use? If not, then you can always place the page title manually into your layout using a Special Heading element for example.

RikardHi,
You can upload them to a service like Google Drive, Dropbox, Imgur, Snipboard or similar, then link to them here.

RikardHey letizia,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Why don’t you simply upgrade WooCommerce on its own? I don’t think that should be theme dependent.
I’m not sure I understand your question about using the theme as an extension of WooCommerce, could you try to explain that a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi Tilman,
I’m not sure if that is possible to be honest with you, but you can try to add both scripts in full to the Google Analytics box. If it doesn’t work, then you can always add them using a function in functions.php:
function oestersund_add_tracking_code(){ ?> YOUR SCRIPT GOES HERE <?php } add_action('wp_head', 'oestersund_add_tracking_code');Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
nav.main_menu li a:focus { outline: none; }Best regards,

RikardHi,
So you can’t select a PHP version higher than 7.0? If so, then I would consider changing your hosting provider, since that version is not supported by WordPress or Enfold.
If the automatic update is not working, and you can’t use the plugin, then you can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Which device and browser are you using? If you could share a screenshot of what you are seeing on your end, then that would be helpful as well.

RikardHi Peter,
Did you check your settings in the Layout menu on each page? Look for the Title Bar Settings option.

Great, I’m glad to hear that it’s working again. I’m not sure exactly why special characters like = characters are creating jQuery errors unfortunately, but they do for some reason. Are you ok with only using “regular” links in your menu?

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I can see the problem on your site, but I can’t reproduce it on a test site: https://wpexpert.se/enfold/product/test-product/, and the behaviour is exactly the same when using a default WordPress theme. Did you make sure to add the appropriate settings on the page in private?
Best regards,
RikardHey Sabine,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av-share-box h5.av-no-toc { display: none; } }Best regards,

Here’s what I see in Chrome, Firefox, Opera and Safari: https://snipboard.io/yZ8Pxe.jpg. The dot is not missing in any browser. How can we reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end?

Thanks for the update. I tried logging into your site, but I’m seeing a 403 forbidden error after sending the login details. Are you blocking some IP ranges maybe? Also, which version of PHP are you running?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

Could you try to increase the PHP memory on your installation to see if that helps? https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/php-memory-limit/
