Hey havi,
Please turn off full screen editing mode under the 3 dot menu in the top right hand corner of the edit screen, in order to not display it full width.
Your other problems; where can we see and reproduce them?
Best regards,
RikardHi xuamox,
We recently released version 5.0 of the theme with lots of new features and demos, did you check them out? We are constantly working on improving the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this CSS instead:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { #top .avia-promocontent { margin-right: 240px; } }It doesn’t really matter where you add the CSS, it should have the same load time anyway.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. We would need access to WordPress first of all though, could you include those details in private as well please?

Great, I’m glad that Mike could help you out. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
No we did not. Please try sending them again, and remember to write something in the public box as well.

Thanks for that. It looks like the home page is scrolling down slightly automatically for some reason. Your CSS is being served from a location which is not generated by the theme, and you are not running any plugins. What is causing the styling to be served from the example location in private?
Best regards,
RikardHey RC-Websolutions,
Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey chaminda7245,
I tried logging in, but I get the error message in private. It seems to be a server error, since the error screen is not generated by WordPress. I would advice that you reach out to your hosting provider first of all, and try to get this problem fixed.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. If you have uploaded them correctly, then they should appear at the bottom of the fonts list. You can check under Enfold->General Styling->Typography for example.

RikardHi Franz,
Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual element as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You can use the email in private, just remember to post the login details here in this thread so that all moderators have access to them.

RikardHi Franz,
I’ve adjusted the CSS for you, please review your site.

Thanks for the update. So your installation is not multi-lingual? You can edit the message in the same place I referred to above even if it’s not.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Could you give us access to your site so that we can add it for you?

RikardHi Philippe,
Thanks for reaching out to us, and for using Enfold. Everyone has their own preferences as to what they think is appealing on a website, but most things are possible to set and change in the theme options. If you want to change the fonts and sizes, then you can do so under Enfold->General Styling->Typography for example, and further settings can be made under Enfold->Advanced Styling.
You should need further help, then please let us know what you would like to change on your sites. Please share screenshots with us if possible, since it makes it easier for us to understand what you are trying to achieve.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. Did you try the suggestions listed in the article I linked to?
Best regards,
RikardHi Franz,
Thanks for that. Are you running Enfold on the site? You can try this CSS in order to hide the menu on desktop:
@media only screen and (min-width: 1000px) { #site-navigation { display: none; } }Best regards,
RikardAugust 13, 2022 at 9:24 pm in reply to: Fatal error after theme update – allowed memory size….. #1361612Hi,
Having debug mode active might not be a great idea if you don’t want messages like these on the front end, it’s better if you check server error logs instead. It’s not a final solution, but since this is not a general theme problem, it’s likely that it’s caused by something local on your server, or on the actual site. What that could be is difficult to say though, did you try different PHP versions for example? Also, did you try activating the parent theme in order to check if the problem is coming from the child?
If you don’t need us to check your site further, then you can turn on the IP protection again. We check the support forum every day, but less frequently on weekends.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The CSS I gave you is not applying at all, where did you add it? It might be better if we add it for you?

RikardHi,
The page you linked to is not loading, please check the URL.

RikardHi Franz,
The site you linked to is only showing a white page saying it’s under construction. Could you give us access in private so that we can check it please? I’m not sure exactly what you would like to hide either, so please specify that a bit further.

RikardAugust 13, 2022 at 1:46 pm in reply to: Enfold Law Theme Boxes and Menu Button Usage in Enfold Classic Theme #1361596Hey Jack,
Did you copy the shortcodes from the Law demo? If not, then you can enable debug mode, which will enable you to see the layout builder shortcodes: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/intro-to-advanced-layout-builder/#debug-mode. If that is not the problem you are having, then please try to explain what you need help with a bit further.

Thanks for that, I can access your site now. I’m not sure exactly what is causing these warnings, but turning WP debug mode off should at least keep them from showing on the front end. Warnings will most likely not cause any problems in any type of functionality on your site, but you could experiment with using different kinds of PHP versions to see if that changes anything.

RikardHi,
@carlosquispehernandez wants you to test if your WordPress installation is able to send emails, you can test that by requesting a new password from the login screen. You can also check the suggestions listed here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/contact-form/#my-contact-form-is-not-sending-emails-Best regards,
