Hey Stefan,
The version you are running is not compatible with either newer versions of WordPress, or PHP versions. Please update to the latest version (5.1.1) first of all. The update to 5.1.1 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHey Michael,
Please try this CSS instead:
div.av_promobox a { color: white; }Best regards,

I can’t reproduce the problem you are describing: https://wpexpert.se/enfold/accordion-test/. If you should need any further help, then we would need to see the actual problem on your site.

Thanks for the update, I’ll go ahead and close this thread for now then. If you should have any further problems on this topic, then please link to this thread in the new thread.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. The problem is coming from functions.php in your child theme. If you remove everything from there, the menu will show again. You can narrow it down more by removing your functions one by one, to see when the menu appears again.

RikardHi,

RikardHi,
We can’t say unless we can see the actual files unfortunately. Please enable the Appearance->Theme Editor functionality in WordPress, or share FTP login details in private as well.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. What happens if you dectivate all plugins temporarily, or activate the parent theme?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It’s displaying when the parent theme is active, maybe you are overriding something in your child which is preventing it from showing?
Best regards,
RikardHey Vital Filipenia,
Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.1.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private, and let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.
Best regards,

RikardHey BenjaminSpeedtsberg,
Thanks for the screenshot. Could you post a link to where we can see the actual elements as well please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Sabine,
Please refer to the documentation here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/social-share-buttons/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I see that the image you are using is horizontally aligned, and will likely never look good on a mobile screen which has the reversed layout. Maybe you could try to copy the section, then use an image better adapted for mobile screens in the new one? You can select to hide/show each section for the appropriate screen in the element options.
Best regards,
RikardHey Psycomatis,
Did you register your theme license? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
If you should need any further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

RikardAugust 17, 2022 at 12:05 pm in reply to: Change caption box styling for full width slide show #1361918Hi Raphaela,
Thanks for the update. What exactly are you looking to change for mobile?
Best regards,
RikardHey sroetheli,
You can set the general font size of the site for each screen size under Enfold->General Styling->Typography.
Please try this in Quick CSS to adjust the font size of the mobile menu:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { #av-burger-menu-ul li a { font-size: 14px; } }Best regards,
RikardHey peterg57,
Could you post a link to an example page so that we can have a closer look please?

RikardAugust 17, 2022 at 9:37 am in reply to: Hide Price for One Specific Product Except for Checkout/Cart #1361901Hi,
I added the code I sent to the top of Quick CSS, and it’s working now. You might have some invalid CSS in the Quick CSS box, which stopped it from working.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’m only seeing notices in that log though, there are no errors in there? Also, did you try reaching out to WPEngine support, or switching to a default WordPress theme?

RikardAugust 16, 2022 at 8:13 pm in reply to: Change caption box styling for full width slide show #1361871Hi,
Please try this CSS instead:
.avia-fullwidth-slider .slideshow_align_caption { background: rgba(255, 255, 255, 0.5); width: 40%; float: right; padding: 20px; } .avia-fullwidth-slider .avia-caption-title, .avia-fullwidth-slider .avia-caption-content p { background: none; }Best regards,

RikardHi,
Thanks for that, the details are working now. I see that the PHP ZipArchive Extension is deactivated on your server, could you try activating that please? If you don’t know how to do it, then your hosting provider should be able to help you out.
Best regards,
