Hey cristinagrafik,
Thanks for the login details. I’m not sure I fully understand the problem you are having, could you post screenshots highlighting it please?

RikardHey EDURNE,
You have your front page set as the custom 404 page in the theme options. Please set a dedicated 404 page there instead.

Thanks for that. I can’t see the problem anymore on my end, could you try checking in a private/incognito window or a different browser?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
You don’t get a new license code, the support period is added to your current license. I added your current code to the box which says that you don’t have a valid support period, and that worked. Please try logging in again.
Best regards,
RikardHi Adam,
If you purchase a theme license, there are some PSD files included. They are not sold separately though.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the clarification. Does the same problem happen if you turn off the custom 404 page functionality in the theme?

Could you try deactivating all plugins temporarily to see if that helps? If not, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey Steve,
Do you have a receipt which you could share with us? Also, did you use the same account to purchase your theme license as you did with the extended support?
You can post your problems in this channel for now if you like.

RikardAugust 29, 2022 at 4:53 pm in reply to: Insert image (small whatsapp logo) on the extra header/header extra information #1363073Hey dss-technologies,
You could try to add them manually:
<img src="link to your image" alt="image alt">Or you could try adding them in a widget in the header: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
Best regards,
RikardHey Magdalena,

Please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHey John,
Those profiles are available for you under Enfold->Social Profiles. If it’s styling you need help with to look like the design you linked to, then please let us know. If you want to add them manually, the you could do so in a widget in the header for example: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/header/#adding-a-header-widget-area
Best regards,
RikardHey Reut Rachel,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .av_header_transparency span.logo { display: none; } }Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardAugust 27, 2022 at 10:27 am in reply to: Why are there so many different "latest versions"? #1362916Hi,
Thanks for the update.
An update appeared after installing and configuring the Envato Markets plugin. After running the update, the entire website was no longer accessible. Reason. The update has changed the name of the main theme (!!) The Envato Markets plugin is therefore unfortunately not convincing in its present form and from my point of view it does more harm than good. Error message in private content.
We haven’t had any other users reporting this problem, and I haven’t seen it on any of our test sites either. Are you sure that your theme folder was named “enfold” before the update?

RikardHi,

Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. You could try CSS like this to alter the height of the header on mobile:
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .responsive #header_main .container { height: 80px !important; } }But the image you are using for your logo contains a lot of white space, so you might want to consider cropping that a bit.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. The example page doesn’t seem to exist anymore, could you check please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this in Quick CSS:
.wp-block-table th { font-size: 16px; font-weight: bold; color: #222; } .wp-block-table td { font-size: 16px; color: #666; } .wp-block-table.is-style-stripes tbody tr:nth-child(odd) { background-color: #e4f1f5; }Best regards,
