    Hi Bill,

    Did you try activating a default WordPress theme to see if the same thing happens then? If not, then please try doing so, since this is likely not theme related. Also please try to temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce.

    If you need further help, then please check the login details you posted, as they are not working.

    Thanks for the update. I’ve modified and added the CSS I previously posted to Quick CSS, and it’s applying now. Please review the change.

    I’m still not sure I fully understand your second request. Is the change to be made on the first or second page I posted in private? If you want the title next to the featured image on the first page, then I would recommend that you don’t make that change. The chances are that your titles will look strange, and that the words will break in order to fit in a limited space. The text will likely also extend past the image vertically, which might not look very nice. If you still want to make this change, then a screenshot highlighting your intentions might help us understand your intentions a bit better.

    I’d be happy to report this to our developers, but I also know that it would be the lowest possible priority to fix. That means that it could take several months before anyone would even look at this. I’m not sure exactly what to do on the link you posted, but if it involves opening a ticket on their Github project, then please go ahead and open a ticket there. If the developers of the plugin would like a copy of the theme license, then you are welcome to share a copy with them privately. They could also reach out to us for a license copy.

    Hi,

    Thanks for that. The problem seems to be that the settings under Enfold->Advanced Styling are overriding the element settings. I’m pretty sure that should not be the case, but I will report and clarify this with our developers. Until we have a solution for you, then you can set the Heading Tag option to Paragraph in the element option Advanced tab.

    Thanks for the login token. Does the problem go away when the plugin in question is deactivated? If so, then we would have to refer you to the plugin developers. We can’t debug problems caused by third party plugins unfortunately.

    The latest versions of the theme is stable as well, but you will need to update the files I mentioned earlier.

    The widget problem is a WordPress update, and the latest version of the theme will automatically implement the classic layout instead. If you want to continue using the version you are currently running, then please use a plugins like this: https://wordpress.org/plugins/classic-widgets/

    Hey Samuel,

    A child theme is used to override the parent, yes. The settings you have in the active theme are the once that will apply. If that is your child, then those settings will apply. If you want to backup your current settings, then you can do so under Enfold->Import/Export.
