Hi Stefan,
We don’t have any details on that unfortunately. Maybe you could try searching for it online?
Best regards,
RikardOctober 14, 2022 at 2:16 pm in reply to: 1) Menu bar overlapping header logo 2) how to vertically center logo, always #1368867Hey Angelo,
Please try this in Quick CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }If you should need further help, then please post a link to your actual site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Try this CSS as well:
.grid-entry-excerpt { font-style: none; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
You don’t need to write code in order to follow the instructions in my first post. If you need help with updating, then please verify that you have backups of your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please read my first post again, those are the methods available for you. You could delete the current install, then upload the new version as you would with new theme though.
We can’t say if your site will be compromised or not, but please keep proper backups in case soemthing should go wrong.
A theme license is valid for life, and you can download a child theme here: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/child-theme/
Best regards,
RikardHey Angelo,
The update to 5.1.2 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHey Tilman,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
h3.grid-entry-title { font-size: 18px; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try this instead:
#top .logo .alternate.avia-standard-logo { padding: 10px 5px 10px 5px !important; }Note that you adjust the values yourself. The values are as follows from start to end: top right bottom left
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that you got it working, thanks for sharing your experience. I’ll close this thread for now then, please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It’s displaying fine on my end too. Please note that search engine result pages can take a long time to update, it’s not instant.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Great, I’m glad that Ismael could help you out. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic, or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHey nV15OoBtg21iTn5z,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
#menu-item-5189 .avia-menu-fx, #menu-item-5189:hover .avia-menu-fx { background-color: green; border-color: green; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Our support forum and Themeforest are two separate systems, so your details for our forum won’t work at Themeforest. We can’t help you with your login details for Themeforest unfortunately, please try reaching out to their support instead.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. What happens if you publish the page privately, or use the password functionality? Then you wouldn’t have to use the preview functionality at all.
The last warnings you posted are all from from plugins, none of them are theme related.
Do you have debug mode active in WordPress? If you post FTP login details in private, then we could check for you, and turn it off if you like. Note that what you are calling errors are not actual errors. They are warnings and notifications, and should not affect any functionality on your site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve updated your site to Enfold 5.1.2, please review and check so that everything is working properly. I’ve left the old version on the server, in case you should need to switch back to it. If you should not, then please delete it under Appearance in the WordPress menu. Also please follow this in order to register your theme license: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update. I tried updating your front page, but it seems like it’s working as expected. Could you let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end please?
If you are seeing warnings in a Special Heading element for example, then it simply alerts you to close your added html markup properly. If tags are left open, then content might disappear below it otherwise.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I checked the site in private, but the preview seems to be correct on my end. Could you post screenshots of what you are seeing on your end please? Also, does it make any difference if you use a different browser, or a private browser window?
About the PHP notices; they are not really error messages and shouldn’t cause any problems on your site. A PHP version update might remove them though. Could you try updating PHP to 8.0 or higher?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that. It seems to be working aligning correctly if the browser window is resized, but I’m not sure why it’s not working on first load. Could you try to deactivate all plugins to see if that makes any difference?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try to install and configure this plugin instead: https://envato.com/market-plugin/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
There are no know problems with that plugin, no. Maybe there’s a conflict with another plugin? What happens if you only activate Yoast?

Hi,
The URL in private works, but the login details you posted are not.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
FTP login details means details for server access. If you don’t have them, then you can get them through your hosting provider. FTP is not the same as WordPress login details.
Best regards,
RikardHey laura,
The theme is administered from Envato/Themeforest, so you would have to check there, or with their support, in order to reset your account. We cannot do that for you unfortunately.
If you need to register your theme license, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
What happens if you deactivate all plugins? If you need further help, then please share server error logs in private.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m still not sure how we can access the backend of your site? The regular WordPress login URLs are not working on the site in private, please clarify or share a working login URL.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The login token you previously posted is not working anymore. Please renew it, or post regular login details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey jjsabatino,
Thanks for the login details. I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.1.2) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.0 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
Also please read this after you have updated: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the update.
If you need help with updating, then please post FTP login details in private, and verify that you have backups of your site.
