The first one is an empty section, and the second one is because you have added 150 pixels of top margin in the element options. The third one has a top margin of 130 pixels.

Thanks for that. The froogaloop file is actually fetched externally, it’s not actually part of the theme. Please see private. The fontello file is not a part of the theme either. I see that your resources are cached/minified. Did you try to clear and disable all caching and minification?

Thanks for the login details. It looks like the problem was a conflict with the SG Optimiser plugin. I deactivated JavaScript file compression under Enfold->Performance, and the demo is working as it should after that.

Hi Cameron,

I think the easiest way would be to do this:

1. Rename footer.php and header.php to for example old_footer.php and old_header.php for example.

2. Upload footer.php and header.php to the child theme from the parent theme files.

3. Copy your customisations from the old files, into the new.

We can do it for you if you share WordPress and FTP login details with us in private.
