Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update. If that doesn’t help, then please try to deactivate all plugins and custom code. Also make sure that your PHP version is updated to 8.x.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. Why do you need to use both options? If the updates are not coming through via the theme backend as you indicated in your initial post, then please use the Envato Markets plugin instead.

The theme needs different permissions, please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5. You can use the same token for the Envato Markets plugin though.

I see that you are running an old version of the theme, could you try to update to the latest version (5.2.1) to see if that helps please? The update to 5.2 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for reaching out to us. You can view all the demos here: https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-overview/. There’s not really any more details other that what is included in the demos.

You can change most colours in the theme options, and there are different ways of displaying images. You can also select to have a sticky header in the theme options.

Hi,

The same thing happens when the Block Editor is active, so I don’t think it’s due to that. There are a lot of 404 error when editing the page, could you try reaching out to your hosting provider and clarify why the server is returning those error codes?
