Hi Stefano,

Thanks for the login token. I see the same problem as you when I try adding a Contact Form element to the Marcatura CE page. The error message page is not a theme or WordPress error page, it’s a server error page. I’m not sure why that is happening, but your hosting provider should be able to shed more light on the problem. Could you try reaching out to them please? If you need further help from us, then please share server error logs with us.

It looks like the jQuery version on your site is not the default WordPress version, are you changing that with a plugin for example? If you inspect the page you linked to in a browser, then the class you added in your screenshots is not there. Did you add it to the actual element you want to apply it to? If you want to apply it to an element on a different page, then please link to where we can see that element.

Hi,

The header_block class is not present on the page you linked to, please check. Also, you only need to add the class in the Custom CSS class field, not in all the fields.

Hey Ronald,

Theme settings will not be removed on updates. I would recommend that you keep a backup of them locally anyway though. You can export your settings under Enfold->Import/Export.

Please assign a class to the section in the element options, then add this to Quick CSS:

First of all, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (5.2.1) to see if that helps please? https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/. If not, then please try to deactivate all plugins and remove any custom code. You could also try to activate the parent theme to see if that makes any difference.
