Thanks for that. I see that the PHP ZipArchive Extension is deactivated on your installation. Please try to activate it, to see if that helps. If you don’t know how to do that, then your hosting provider should be able to help you out.

Please try to replace header.php in your child theme with the parent theme file, then add your customisations back in after that. If you need further help from us, then please include FTP login details in private as well.

You can activate the burger menu at any screen size using this CSS:
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) { nav.main_menu { display: block !important; } #avia-menu .menu-item { display: none; } .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special { display: block; } }Simply change the 1024 value to the pixel value of your choice.

Thanks for the update. The WordPress login details you sent are not working, please check and verify. Also, what exactly do you want us to do? If this problem happens when you activate the theme, then we still would need server error logs. A 500 server error doesn’t say much of value unfortunately.

The update to 5.3 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or use a plugin to upload the theme zip file: https://wordpress.org/plugins/update-theme-and-plugins-from-zip-file/
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

We can’t hand out licenses for free unfortunately. If you have a dispute with the person who bought the theme license, then please try to resolve that first of all. If you can’t, then I would recommend that you buy your own license.
