    (german text is down) Hello, we have a small problem. We have created the website with Enfold and now we want to update it. In the updates section in wordpress it says that it is the latest version, unfortunately it is a very old version. Our former agency does not want to give us the login for the theme, because with it I could update via FTP. It’s about the website: http://www.offenbacher-wirtschaft.de

    Hallo, wir haben ein kleines Problem. Wir haben die Website mit Enfold erstellt und wollen nun ein Update durchfüren. Im Abschnitt Updates im WordPress steht, dass es die neuste Version ist, leider ist es eine sehr alte Version. Unsere ehemlaige Agentur möchte uns nicht den Login für das Theme geben, denn damit könnte ich via FTP updaten.

    Hey Niklas,

    We can’t hand out licenses for free unfortunately. If you have a dispute with the person who bought the theme license, then please try to resolve that first of all. If you can’t, then I would recommend that you buy your own license.
