Hi,

WP Rocket is a caching plugin, so I’m guessing that it’s doing what it’s supposed to. What happens if you clear all caches and minification from it? Make sure to delete old CSS and JS files under Enfold->Performance as well.

Did you add that to Quick CSS? If so, then you can change the colour there.

I’m not sure I fully understand your questions, but all the demos are adjustable. You can change them in any way you feel would be appropriate. Demos can also be downloaded in the theme options at any time, you are not locked in with a demo so to say.
