Hey alex2545,

It’s difficult to say, but i would update all plugins first, then WordPress. I would update the theme last. Just remember to keep proper backups of the site, in case something should go wrong.

Hi,

On the page in private, you have set the last Color Section to be hidden on all screen sizes. Click on the Pen+Paper icon when hovering over the Color Section, then go to Advanced->Responsive.

Hi,

You can change the sub menu font colour under Enfold->Advanced Styling. Please check there.

I’ve edited the previous CSS for you as well, so that it’s working on pages where you don’t have a transparent header.

Thanks for the login details. I see the problem on the first page, which is supposed to look as it should, but it displays as it should once I login. That would indicate a problem with caching. Please try to clear and deactivate all caching on your site, then try checking after that. I couldn’t access the WordPress backend, since /wp-admin/ seems to be redirecting the account page.

The last section on the front page is set to be hidden on all screen sizes in the element options. The rest of the content seem to be displaying as it should on my end.

It would likely be best if you copied over all the theme files along with the database to your development installation. You could use a migration plugin, or WP CLI for example.

A custom integration like that would be out of scope of theme support unfortunately. Maybe you could try using a dedicated contact contact form plugin with support for friendly captcha instead?

If you have bought the extended support using a different account then the one which was used to purchase the theme, then you would have to reach out to Envato support for further help. The support status is fetched from Themeforest, it’s not something that we can set manually for you unfortunately.

The purchase code is registered to a different mail than the one you are referring to. Did you buy the theme license and extended support with different accounts maybe?
