You can set the regular logo in the main page of the theme options. The logo used when you have a transparent header can be set under Enfold->Header->Transparency Options.

The coming soon page is still selected in the theme options, I temporarily changed it to the page you mentioned above, and the front page updated without any problems on my end. Please let us know how to reproduce the problem you are seeing on your end.
