    Hello there,

After updating a couple of colors under Advanced Styling, some web pages started lagging. Here is an example: https://telcobridges.com/products/voip-media-gateways-tmedia/tmg7800-media-gateway/

We tried backing up databases with our hosting provider and the issue only was fixed after we additionally clear website cache. However, a few days later we started experiencing the same issue…. I wonder how to resolve this?

FYI, I am not proficient with CSS and backend development.

    Hey TB-MTL-marketing,

The page you linked to is loading quickly on my end, how are you measuring the speed of the page?

    Best regards,
    Rikard

Thanks for checking! I meant not loading correctly – some elements just dont show up on the page (orange background with white text for the top banner, divider, orange elements in the bullet point). You can compare these 2 pages and see how the second one doesnt look right, even though they are design exactly the same way:
    – all elements are loading correctly: https://telcobridges.com/products/voip-media-gateways-tmedia/tmg800-media-gateway/
    – some elements wont show up or are distorted: https://telcobridges.com/products/voip-media-gateways-tmedia/tmg7800-media-gateway/

There are several webpages on the website with the same issue. However, it used to show up correctly prior to making changes in Advanced Styling.

    Hi,
Thanks for your patience, I took a look at your two pages but I’m not sure what the error is that you want to point out. The images are different sizes but they look like they should be because they are portrait instead of landscape, all of the other elements look correct.
Try including a screenshot with what seems to be wrong highlighted so we can assist.

    Best regards,
    Mike

    Hi Mike,

This is how some pages load: https://img.savvyify.com/image/xb7A
This is how it is supposed to load: https://img.savvyify.com/image/x5KL

This issue is fickle: we would experience it for a few days, then it would be gone, then it would occur again.

    Thanks,
    Anna

    Hi,
Thank you for your patience and the screenshots, I check in Windows with Chrome, Firefox, & Edge and was not able to reproduce this, I know you said it was fickle, are you using a CDN or server object-oriented cache? I wonder if after updating your page this site cache and the CDN or the Autoptimize cache was not updating correctly? When you do see this do you check in multiple browser and in iOS & Windows, or does this only occur in one or the other?

    Best regards,
    Mike
