Hi,
I did a search for the only-desktop class on the page you linked but there was none, could you check that you have actually added it to the element please? If you should have any further problems then please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Thanks but we will need to see your site to get it right there :-)

I’m not sure how you did that but could you try using a Color Section with a background instead? If you give it a unique ID in the element options as well we can give you some custom CSS to hide the image on mobile. Please send us a temporary admin login as well so that we can have a closer look if needed. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi coeval,
What font are you looking to add? Is it available in italic?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the login, I checked your blog page but the images there look fine on my end. Could you post a screenshot highlighting the problem please? You can upload to for instance imgur.com and then link to the images here.

RikardHi,
Please try the following: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enfold-menu-item-limit/

RikardHi 2wmedia,
Please try to use & l t ; instead (without the spaces) to see if that works better.

Could you post a screenshot highlighting your problem please? I couldn’t find anything obviously wrong on your page. Next time please open a new thread for your problem as old threads tend to get messy and it gets harder for the moderators to help you out.
Regards,
RikardHi,
I don’t see the problem with using an absolute position, you might need to add 1 or 2 variations using media queries but that is quickly done with CSS. I’m not sure what you mean by a hook? Would you prefer to add your own code to the source files instead?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Unfortunately we can’t do much about what browser settings you or any other user have on their local computers, but please try to clear all cache on the site and on your local computer as well and it should go back to normal.
Thanks,
RikardHey,
You can set that in the plugin I think but if you want to make sure that a visitor sees your latest updates you can remove the cache from the page which has been updated.
You can try plugins like these to help improve performance:
GZip Ninja Speed Compression:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/gzip-ninja-speed-compression/
WP Smush:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/
BWP Minify:

RikardHi,
1. About your looping video, you have set a cloud background image to the color section so if the video doesn’t load that image will be shown. You might want to host the video with a service like Youtube or Vimeo instead to see if that helps. I couldn’t see anything disappearing though but things sometimes don’t load on websites due to various reason.
3. Did your WordPress guy go into any further details what the problem with the theme is? We’ve never heard of issues like this so maybe he can enlighten us?
Regards,
RikardHi,
You have set the text to not wrap, could you turn it on to see if that helps?
white-space: nowrap; Please send us a temporary admin login so that we can have a closer look if you should have further problems. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

RikardHi,
Did you add the following to your CSS? I can’t see it applied:
#hometop { height: 200px; }Thanks,
RikardHi,
If you edit the portfolio item in question you will find it in the builder inside the color section, the code inside it reads:
<style> #custom-section { border-top: 5px solid red !important; } </style>Change red to the colour you like.
Thanks,
RikardOctober 14, 2015 at 5:56 am in reply to: Color of capital letters plus category plus alternate content area #518494Hi,
1. Not sure what you mean by topics, do you mean here on the forum?
2. Please try the following in Quick CSS:
.avia-menu { background-color:red !important; }It would help a lot if you could upload your page to a server somewhere if you should need more help. It’s very difficult helping you out if we can’t inspect the site.

RikardHi,
That button doesn’t have a link at all? Please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I added a layer slider and it showed up straight away, I removed it again though since I don’t know if you want it there or not. If it’s only the preview function which is the problem I wouldn’t be too worried, it doesn’t always work as expected. Please try to publish the changes you make to make sure if they work or not. If you should have further problems then please deactivate all your plugins, especially the caching plugins, to avoid any possible conflicts or caching errors.
Best regards,
RikardHi richardelectrix,
Not sure why that is happening, could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
I would just explain your problem exactly as it is, they will most likely ask you to deactivate all plugins and try with the default theme. So if you haven’t done that already, please try to do so. I’m pretty sure this isn’t a theme/plugin related problem but you never know.
If you want to change hosting it shouldn’t be too difficult, you can use a plugin like this for example to export your whole database: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-migrate-db/.

RikardOctober 14, 2015 at 5:26 am in reply to: Share This Entry: Facebook – Remove author / category / post date #518485Hi,
I’m no expert on the subject but you could try using an SEO plugin like Yoast SEO to specify what you are sharing, I’m not sure if that will work or not but you can give it a try. What Facebook decides to include in what you share is not something we control with the theme.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Could you try adding the code you have for desktop inside this code instead:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) { YOUR CURRENT CODE FOR DESKTOP GOES HERE }to see if that works please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
The problem seems to be the code block you have on the frontpage under the first 1/3 elements, it’s a link with the name and ID actu, I changed them to hello and it’s working now. I’m not sure exactly why it does that but maybe you have a better idea? Not sure why you have that link there to begin with either?
Regards,
RikardHi,
The Blog Posts element is an element you can drag and drop to your page from the Avia Layout Builders Content Tab, it will display posts according to your settings in the element options.
Thanks,
RikardHi johnmac1967,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.av-1px-gap.av-fixed-size .av-masonry-entry .av-inner-masonry { right: 2px !important; bottom: 2px !important; }Regards,
RikardHi Bernd,
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you mean but the images will adapt to the screen window, they would not be responsive otherwise. Could you try to explain a bit further what you are trying to do and link to your site as well please?
Regards,
Rikard -
