I would like to edit the width of the container to something like 80 – 85% but when i go to
Options –> General Layout -> Dimensions and change “Maximum Container width” to 85% i dont see the width increased to 85%.

    Hi sampath484!

If your using a caching plugin then be sure to clear it’s cache and your browser cache. Try deactivating all of your other plugins as well.

    Best regards,

    Hi sampath484!

Do you mind creating a temporary admin login and posting it here privately so we can look into it?

    Cheers!

    Hi,

Please try to clear the cache from and deactivate your W3 Total Cache plugin to see if that helps.

    Best regards,

    Hey,

You can set that in the plugin I think but if you want to make sure that a visitor sees your latest updates you can remove the cache from the page which has been updated.

You can try plugins like these to help improve performance:

    GZip Ninja Speed Compression:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/gzip-ninja-speed-compression/
    WP Smush:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-smushit/
    BWP Minify:

    Regards,
    Rikard
