Hi,
On what portfolio item are you getting this error? Could you post a step by step on how to reproduce it please?
Thanks,
RikardHi Martin,
That would take a lot of time and customisations to theme and it would be considered out of scope for theme support unfortunately. If you are looking to hire a freelancer you can contact https://codeable.io/.

RikardHi Shane,
If you enable debug mode you will be able to see shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/. You can then copy/paste shortcodes to a new page, we can give you the shortcodes if you link directly to the demo pages you would like.
Thanks,
RikardHi,
Ok, overwriting your theme files should result in what could be essentially compared to a fresh installation, very strange if that is not working for you. Could you try to start fresh and recreate the page maybe?
Regards,
RikardHi wsnider28,
I had a look at your front page and in your three posts but I couldn’t see anything getting cut off, could you link directly to a page where we can see the problem please?
Regards,
RikardHi Matt,
If you enable debug mode you will be able to see all shortcodes below the builder window: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/
Best regards,
RikardHey nicsans,
I’m not sure, could you post a link to your site so that we can have a closer look please?

RikardHi,
Could you please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Thanks,
RikardHey andrea,
Try the following instead:
.single .post-title a { pointer-events: none !important; }Regards,
RikardHey buscofen89,

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
.avia-menu.av_menu_icon_beside { border-right-width: 0px !important; }As far as I could see the background extended across the header, I’m guessing you got that fixed?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please see screenshot in private. You probably set it in your .htaccess file or cPanel backend or similar.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, try adding the following as well:
#sub_menu1 { padding-top: 25px !important; }Thanks,
RikardHi Bahar,

Thanks,
RikardHi,
You have set the background for all element to black !important in your CSS so this might not work, but you can try it:
@media only screen and (max-width: 990px) { strong.logo a { background-color:transparent !important; } }Best regards,
RikardHey trebcap,
How do you know it’s the theme redirecting? Have you done any customisations to the theme or WordPress itself? I would try to check your wp-config.php file to see if everything is ok there.
Regards,
RikardHi esemmel,
The solution you mentioned is the the easiest way to achieve that I think, there is nothing like what you are asking for by default unfortunately. But you can submit a feature request for it here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Thanks,
RikardHi Leyden,
It should show up by default once you have selected it the first time, so you only have to select it once.

RikardHi,
Could you try deactivating all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please? If that is not the case then please try to overwrite the theme files with a fresh copy from your Themeforest account via FTP to see if that helps: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Thanks,
RikardHey hackoffseries,
I’m not sure, did you try to use it? Send us a link to your site and we’ll have a look.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold–>General Styling:
@media only screen and (min-width: 768px) and (max-width: 1024px) { #footer .av_one_fourth { width: 50% !important; } }Regards,
RikardApril 12, 2016 at 6:36 am in reply to: how to change color for sonareffect on icons with links #611677Hey tobego,
You could try to turn on the custom CSS field for all ALB elements to target the elements of your choice: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/turn-on-custom-css-field-for-all-alb-elements/
Best regards,
RikardHi Josh,
Login details are not working for me, could you check please? I would highly recommend you to use a child theme so that you can update the theme since the version you are using might not be compatible with newer versions of WordPress: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/create-a-child-theme/
Best regards,
Rikard-
