Hey Samuel,

Thanks for using Enfold. The built in contact form doesn’t have that functionality, I would suggest that you try using a dedicated contact form plugin for such functionality instead.

Hi,

Setting DISALLOW_FILE_EDIT to false should bring back the WordPress file editor yes, and anyone can do that. I would suggest that you try it out yourself first of all.

Moving content to a new child theme and exporting/importing settings would likely take 30-60 minutes.

I’m not sure I fully understand your question. What exactly did the W3 Cache plugin do to your permalinks? If you want to change your permalink settings, then you can do so under Settings->Permalinks.

Hi Wang,

1. Yes, you can write posts using the Classic Editor as well.

2. The images in your screenshot looks to be background images. When setting background images to cover its containing element, then some loss of image data is inevitable unfortunately. If you would like to make some adjustments, then please post a link to where we can see the actual elements, and try to explain your intentions a bit further.

Thanks for the update. I’m not sure why, but for some reason it’s not picking up h1 and h2 tags on your site, please see test post in private. The same content is working as expected on my test site though, please see second link in private. It’s likely that something on your site is conflicting, as it’s working on my test site, and we’ve had no other reports from other users having this problem. Would you be able to copy the site to a staging area, so that we can try to exclude possible problems?

Hi,

I’ve added this for you in Quick CSS, and it’s working:
```
@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
.av-logo-container {
  display: none; 
}
}
```
The reason why Quick CSS didn’t work before what because you were adding rgba colour codes:
```
rgba(123,176,231,0.28)
```
The theme doesn’t support that, please try using the hex code instead.

Hi,

Thanks for the update. If you want to know if the developers of your site did it, then I would suggest that you reach out to them and ask. You could also ask them to correct the mistake they make, which is renaming the theme. I’ve installed the latest version of the theme along with a child theme, so all that needs to be done would be to more the content of your current child theme into the new one. They might have to export your current theme settings as well, then import them when the new child theme is active.

Hey Frank,

Sorry for the late reply. Please check under Theme Extensions in the top WordPress menu, you will find Open Street Maps there. I’m not 100% sure that what you are looking to achieve is possible, but that is the alternative which is included in the theme.

Hi,

I can’t see any point in doing incremental updates, so I don’t think you need to do that. If you need help with something specific, then we would need to see the problem on an actual site. Could you post a link to where we can see the problem, and try to explain it a bit further please?

You can only download the latest version from Themeforest, so if you need older versions, then we would have to send it to you manually. We would need to know the exact theme version you want as well.

Are you sure that you are uploading the correct file? If you extract the file in your first screenshot, do you then see a file in there called enfold.zip? If so, then please try using that file instead.

Hey Emma,

It looks like you are using the WordPress block editor to build your site? Could you try using the build in Enfold Layout Builder instead? The theme settings won’t have any affect over layouts created with the block editor.
