RikardHi,
Thanks for the details. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

The layout builder is unfortunately very sensitive to open html markup, it can easily break if tags are not closed properly. For example:
<strong>Bold text closed properly</strong>Also, you should probably stick to html5: https://www.w3schools.com/html/html5_intro.asp

RikardHi,
I had a look but I think Victorias reply applies to that as well, it will take a lot of customisation to the header to have that layout unfortunately.

They should be safe on updates, but if you want to make absolutely sure then please create backups of your site. You might want to copy the CSS to a local file as well.

RikardHi,
The markup is there but it’s not showing for some reason, I’m not sure why unfortunately. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

RikardHey timnickles,
Did you make sure to clear your browser cache and reload the page? If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
Best regards,
RikardHi lisagadman,
I don’t want to update your site unless I know you have created backups of the site? If you want to update yourself you can simply go to Dashboard->Updates and select to update the theme there.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot. Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.html_header_top .av_bottom_nav_header #header_main_alternate .main_menu ul:first-child > li > a { height: 30px !important; line-height: 30px !important; } #header_main_alternate { background-color:red !important; border-top:1px solid green !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
The job of a child theme is only to override the parent, so a child theme can have more than the 3 files you are referring to. You will always have all the functionality of the parent even if you are using a child theme, the child is only there to override or to extend the parent. A very important aspect as well is that the child won’t change on updates, that is why we recommend most users to have a child theme in place.

RikardHey elames,
Those file do not contain malware, I think updating to the latest version should remove them: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Please start a new thread and post your question in english or german, we don’t have any french speaking moderators.

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve never seen this error before to be honest, I can see that the server is responding with a 500 internal server error on the blog page though, so it might be a problem with the server. 500 is a very general error though, maybe you could contact your hosting provider to see if they can see what is going wrong on their end?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Sorry but this is not an issue with the theme since it’s core WordPress functionality. Did you check your site URL address?

RikardHi,
I would strongly suggest that you start using a child theme if you want to customise your site in any way. You can download one here: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/
After that, add the bit of code which @guenni007 posted.
Best regards,
RikardHey Steven,
I can only see that you have select Oswald, Open Sans and Courier in the theme settings. Where have you set the font which is not displaying?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I’m sorry for the problems, we missed this issue prior to releasing the latest version. And yes, a fix will be included in the next version.
I wanted to check the issue but I couldn’t find anything like what you described on the URL you sent previously. Could you post a link to where we can see the issue please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,

RikardHey Jörg,
Thanks for reporting, do you have a page where we can see the problem? Also, what’s in the Code Block element? It might be messing with the CSS somehow.
Best regards,
