Hey farzanahmed,

Basically the answer is no, when you use an image as a background it has to cover the whole container, and some loss of image data is inevitable unfortunately. You can try to play around with the settings though, and maybe modify the images you are using.

Hi,

We don’t create websites for customers, we only sell the templates for customers to use. Judging by the URL the site is on, it looks like it’s a development site. Maybe you hired someone to create your site and that is where they have developed it? If you want it to be taken down then you will have to contact the person who created the site.

Hi,

If you run WordPress Reset then your whole installation will be wiped out, I’m guessing that is something you do not want to do.

Installing a new demo will change your theme settings, but you will still have all your content left.

Hi,

If you want to use Color Section elements and custom CSS, the you would have to assign and ID to the them, in your example code it would be abc, did you do that? Otherwise the code won’t work. Also, maybe you could try to set the image as a background to the Color Section instead? I think that would be the easiest option for you.

It’s taking the server more than 18 seconds to respond according to the test in private (indicated in yellow), why that is I can’t say unfortunately. Did you try contacting your hosting provider about the problem?

Hi,

The 2017 demo is quite large and takes longer to import than the other demo, so it might be going beyond the max execution time and that might be why the server is crashing. Could you ask the host to increase that value temporarily on your server?

Your child theme customisations should be safe on updates, but to be sure then please make sure to have proper backups. If you are scared that something will go wrong then I would suggest that you copy the site to a staging- or local site and perform the updates there first.
