Sorry for the late reply. The ß seems to work in the footer on your site so I’m not sure why it’s not working in the team member element. First off, could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

It’s not really up to us to fix things which is generated by a third party plugin, could you try contacting the plugin author first please? I’m guessing that the image size generated by the plugin is too large.

Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:

@media only screen and (max-width: 1024px) {
  nav.main_menu {
    display: block !important;
  }
  .menu-item {
    display: none;
  }
  .av-burger-menu-main.menu-item-avia-special {
    display: block;
  }
}

You can adjust the exact screen size you want the break point at by changing the value 1024.

Improving load times can be very difficult, the easiest fix you could try would be to minimize the content on your landing page. There are plenty of guides on how to speed up your installation online, if you need help then I would recommend that you contact a service like SteadyWP.
