Hey Frederik Moreau,
Since we only sell though Themeforest, we have to follow their rules, and we don’t really have the ability to give special deals to anyone unfortunately. We have a lot of agency customers though, and they simply buy a new license for each site they make. Not sure if you would be interested in that though.
Best regards,
RikardHey lisa,
That is Enfold, you can purchase it here: https://themeforest.net/item/enfold-responsive-multipurpose-theme/4519990

RikardHi,
You can roll back if you want, but I’m pretty sure the suggestions in the other threads should work if you want to try them out.

RikardHi,
I search for both those emails and there are no accounts registered on them, not sure if you might have forgotten which email you used? Like Victoria said; we don’t delete user accounts even if the support is expired.
For your problem; could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It can be very difficult to get the image just right on all screen sizes unfortunately, one thing you could try would be to add multiple sliders and use images adapted for the screen size in question. You can show/hide the correct one in the Screen Options tab.

RikardHey Karin_Tara,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.news-headline .news-time { display:none; }Best regards,

Those settings should be enough, are you still getting the errors? You likely need to do a fetch as google to verify if it’s still happening.

RikardNovember 25, 2017 at 8:04 am in reply to: fonts size all over the website in special elements #881520Hi,
You can change the font size of headers under Enfold->Advanced Styling. For the table, please try this in Quick CSS:
table td * { font-size:16px !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
.av_promobox { background: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.6); }Adjust the values to your liking.

RikardHey Luisgasser,
I can’t reproduce that error on my local installation, did you do any customisation at all to the theme? If so then please try to remove them to see if they are the cause of that behaviour.

RikardNovember 25, 2017 at 7:46 am in reply to: Advanced Layout Editor doesn't load after selecting a new WP-Language #881513Hey netgo2017,
It’s due to this problem in WordPress 4.9: https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/42574
You should be able to fix it if you download the following files and replace them with the same files in /wp-includes/

.av-masonry-price { display: table !important; margin: 0 auto; } .av-masonry-entry-title { text-align:center; }Best regards,
RikardHey wigldesign,
Please link to the page in question so that we can have a closer look.

RikardHey multivan2,
You can use the WordPress/theme import/export functionality to export your content and settings. You could also use a plugin like Duplicator. After that you could simply delete your test environment, there shouldn’t be any problems with license if you only have the API key on one site.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Try running the URL through this tool: https://developers.facebook.com/tools/debug/

Great, glad you got it working. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
That slider is full width, so you won’t be able to add it to a Color Section. Though if you really need the slider within the Color Section you could enable debug mode in order to see builder shortcodes: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-advanced-layout-builder-debug/, you could then copy the slider shortcode into the Color Section.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
I still see the same error on the test page but I’m not sure what is causing it unfortunately, maybe you could try a clean install like you mentioned? That would at least determine if it’s due to a customisation or if there is a conflict between the theme and the server.

RikardNovember 25, 2017 at 7:07 am in reply to: How to align widget in left sidebar to top of the page #881495Hi,
Thanks for that, login details are working now. I see that you have used full width element like Color Sections on the page, that is why that is happening. If you want the sidebar to appear at the top, then you would need to switch layout elements to 1/1 element instead.
Best regards,
