Hi,
Great, glad you found the problem and thanks for the feedback. Please let us know if you should need any further help on the topic or if we can close it.

How exactly are you using the shortcode? Please share the entire code you are using.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback. The burger menu is working on my end now as well and I can’t see any error messages on the page, I’m guessing reinstalling the theme worked?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Ok, thanks for that. Though I have no idea what the Event Visualizer is?
Best regards,
RikardHey sailentpooN,
What would be the point of changing that? If the text is a header then it should be located in a header tag.

RikardHi,
We have no control over what customers do with our product unfortunately, so if you are looking to remove the site in question then you will have to contact the site owner. We have nothing to do with the site in question except that they are using our product to publish it.

Thanks for the feedback, I thought you wanted it full width like you wrote in your first message. You should be able to control the image width using this CSS, change it to 50% for instance:
#woo_pp_ec_button img { width: 50% !important; }Best regards,
RikardHey Jeff,
Could you give us access to the sites in question so that we can try it out? Also, which slider from which site are you trying to export/import?

RikardNovember 15, 2017 at 6:23 am in reply to: Create clickable bar at the edges of color sections #876927Hey SimonJ17,
I would try to simply have a regular link and then to place the element in an absolute position, something like this:
.your-element { position:absolute; right:0; top:200px; }Best regards,
RikardHey galpinr,
It will be very difficult to help you out if we can’t actually see the problem, are you getting any error messages on the page if you inspect it in your browser?

RikardHey hylandgraphics,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Best regards,
RikardHey octaviosalles,
I’m not sure exactly what you are looking to change, could you post a link to an example and try to explain a bit further please?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback, though it’s still not loading on my end. I’ve asked the rest of the team to check as well, please wait for their replies.

RikardHi,
Could you post a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Best regards,
RikardHey farzanahmed,
Basically the answer is no, when you use an image as a background it has to cover the whole container, and some loss of image data is inevitable unfortunately. You can try to play around with the settings though, and maybe modify the images you are using.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
We don’t create websites for customers, we only sell the templates for customers to use. Judging by the URL the site is on, it looks like it’s a development site. Maybe you hired someone to create your site and that is where they have developed it? If you want it to be taken down then you will have to contact the person who created the site.
Best regards,
RikardHey newki75,
Fonts can render quite differently on different systems and browsers, there’s not much we can do about that unfortunately.
Best regards,
RikardHi Sam,
Please try this CSS out as well:
#footer .widget *{ text-align:center !important; }Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for the details. We just recently released a new version of the theme, 4.2. Could you try updating to that first to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Thanks for letting us know. Please open a new thread if you should have any further questions or problems.

RikardHi,
If you run WordPress Reset then your whole installation will be wiped out, I’m guessing that is something you do not want to do.
Installing a new demo will change your theme settings, but you will still have all your content left.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
It doesn’t really matter if it’s not a Google tracking code, it goes in the same place anyway. Could you try it out first to see if works?
Best regards,
RikardHi,
If you want to use Color Section elements and custom CSS, the you would have to assign and ID to the them, in your example code it would be abc, did you do that? Otherwise the code won’t work. Also, maybe you could try to set the image as a background to the Color Section instead? I think that would be the easiest option for you.
Best regards,
