I’m not sure exactly what you mean, but one license is only valid for one domain. If you want to use the theme for another site on a different domain, then you would have to purchase an additional license.

Thanks for that. I had a look at the logs and the one in private looks to be the culprit. Seems like some of the export might have been blocked due to security issue, why that is I can’t answer unfortunately. Could you check with your host what your settings are for ModSecurity maybe?

Are you sure that you are uploading the correct zip file? When you download the package from Themeforest you will likely need to unzip that file on your local machine and you will find the installable zip inside of the unzipped package.

Thanks for that, though if you have already tried Contact Form 7 and it’s not working with that either then it’s probably a misconfiguration with your mail server or in Office 365. I think it would be better if you contacted your hosting provider about this as they are in a better position to help you out configuring your mail server.

I get the same problem on my end, did you make any customisation at all to the theme? If so then please try to remove them to see if they are the cause of your problem. Also please try to disable all plugins to see if there is a conflict coming from any of them.

1. Once you purchase a license it’s valid for life, no additional fees.
2. Yes you can transfer your content either manually or using a plugin.
3. I would recommend that you use a child theme, you can download one here: kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/downloads/
