Hi,

Thanks for the feedback, I checked your blog page and I can see a few widgets there, though you haven’t added any widgets to the Sidebar Blog widgets section on the backend, could you try that out first please? If there is no content, the default widgets will be shown instead, maybe that is the problem you are having?

Hey nirvana,

I’m not sure what’s going on there, the whole page seems to go white on my end after scrolling, is that the problem you are having? Did you try to remove all your customisations to see if the problem goes away?

I can’t reproduce that, images are loading fine on my end using both desktop and mobile versions of Chrome, could you try reloading the page maybe? https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-visual-artist/

Thanks for the screenshot, though I’m not sure how that is done unfortunately. There is nothing like that in the theme by default. Maybe you could try searching for a plugin or custom code?

The videos are playing on my end, though it’s very very slow and choppy. Did you try to upload them to for instance Youtube instead of hosting yourself?

Hey onlylettersandnumbers,

There probably is, but you will likely experience that the font will not load as quick if you do, meaning that another font will be displayed while the font has loaded entirely.

I know that you can load Google fonts async using WOT Cache Pro, though I’m not sure if that feature is available in the free version.

I would advise you not to take Google Page Speed insights too seriously, it’s better if you use a tool like Pingdom or GTMetrics instead.

If you should need someone to help you out with speeding up your site then I can recommend that you contact SteadyWP.

Also, your screenshot is not loading, it looks like that was the URL for your signup to photobucket.

Thanks for that, you are running a very old version of the theme. So first off, please try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2) http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Make sure to back up your site before updating, in case you should need to roll back.

Hi,

It’s difficult for me to say exactly which code could be responsible, but it looks like the animation is not working because something is taking a long time to load. It works fine after everything is loaded it seems. I don’t think there is anything we can do about that if you need to load your third party code unfortunately.
