RikardHey nimo1024,
When you select the background image from the WordPress gallery, you will get an option on the right hand side of the screen to select the resolution of the image, could you check that the correct size is selected there if you try to add it again?
If that doesn’t work then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.

RikardMarch 4, 2018 at 7:30 am in reply to: Easy Slider stuck in loading after 3 images with captions #920956Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. I created a test page with an Easy Slider with three images, and that seems to be working fine. Please see private. What exactly are you adding other than the images? If you are using html markup for your captions and not closing the tags properly, it might cause the builder to break.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure exactly why she gave you that, but if you should need it back on a specific page then let us know where and we’ll give more specific CSS to use.

RikardHi,
Thanks for the screenshot, though I can’t reproduce that on an iphone6 using Chrome. Could you try to clear your browser cache on the device and reload the page to see if that helps? You could also try a different browser or an incognito tab in Chrome.

RikardHi Colin,
I agree, it’s a dated OS and users on systems like that should be aware that there could be problems with modern websites. We’ll keep the thread open though in case you should need any further help on the topic.

RikardHi mkamir and Yannick77,
Thanks for sharing, much appreciated :-)

RikardHi,
Thanks for that. I’ve updated your theme to 4.2.4 and the burger menu is working now.
I agree that not receiving automatic updates is problematic, but it’s unfortunately not compatible with all server environments. Updating manually is fairly easy though, all you have to do is download the theme files and then upload them again to your server. You can find instructions on how to do that here if you like: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Best regards,
RikardHi Michael,
Could you try to delete the entire installation folder and then upload the theme again to see if that helps? The reason why I’m asking is that some old code which should not be there might be causing your problem.
Best regards,
RikardHey KellyKilgallon,
Thanks for the screenshot and login details, though I can’t reproduce that on my end. Did you try to clear your browser cache and reload the page? You could also try to a different browser or an incognito window using Chrome.

RikardHey Bicyclist51,
Please try this out: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/adding-a-widget-area-to-the-header/
Best regards,
RikardHey promisecenterchurch,
Please try the following in Quick CSS under Enfold->General Styling:
li#menu-item-search a:before { font-size: 30px!important; }Your current CSS is being served from Autoptimise, so you might want to clear that first.
Best regards,
RikardHi,
Thanks for that, though the login details are not working. Could you check and verify please?
Best regards,
RikardHey Nathan Navarrete,
You can log in with the details in private.
Best regards,
RikardHey elsrick91,
I asked you to update to the latest version in your other thread, could you try to do so first to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardHey Edgarro,
It’s not included, you will have to buy a separate license for that.
Best regards,
RikardHey elsrick91,
Thanks for the screenshot and link. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.2.5) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
