If it’s showing in incognito mode then you are getting cached results in your regular browsers. Please try to clear the cache from your browsers and reload the page to see if that helps.

Hi,

That is the debug mode of the Layout Builder, it can be handy if you want to copy shortcode between pages for instance. If you want to remove it then please delete this from your functions.php file:
```
	add_action('avia_builder_mode', "builder_set_debug");
	function builder_set_debug() {
		return "debug";
	}
```

I think what Victoria is referring to is the Lightbox Modal Window option in the theme options. Maybe she misunderstood you? I’m not sure I understand what you mean either to be honest, could you link to an example maybe?
