I’m not sure I understand the problem by looking at your site, could you post a screenshot of it please? If you can communicate in english then you will get help faster since most of the moderators don’t speak german.

My german is not perfect, but you are saying that you can’t add image using the WordPress default Add Media button? If so then no, that is not a known issue.
Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. Also please point out where and how we can reproduce the problem.

It sounds like it’s a WordPress/Server issue, most likely server. Do you see any error messages if you inspect the page when you get that error and check the console tab?

We’ve had other customers report the same thing, but I’m still not sure what exactly you are doing to create that error. Are you downloading the theme package from Themeforest and then uploading it to WordPress? If so then please upload the package to Google Drive for instance so that we can access it. Then post admin login details in private so that we can give it a go.

It’s very difficult to say what could be going wrong, but I would suggest that you try to update on a staging version of the site first to see if you run into any problems.

500 internal server error is a very general error, it’s basically the server saying “something went wrong”, so I think your hosting provider should be able to give you some more answers as to why that is happening.
I tried logging into your site but the details are not working, please check and verify.
