    Everytime I log in tochange something all thumbnails revert back to 1:1
    So every product picture is then square. I change it again to DO NOT CROP . It works untill I log in again ;-(

    Where are you changing that, under Apperance->Customise? Please send us a temporary admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

    I’ve noticed that it happens everytime I update the woocommerce data. I only do this when woocommerce tells me to ;-)
    Does this help or do you still need a login?

    I know. But everytime woocommerce says update shop data it jumps back.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the info. Is this the only option that gets changed after the data update? I’m not really sure why it happens but you don’t have to do the data update every time it’s there. If you want, you can optimize the database manually.

    Please create a backup of the database and the site before doing this.
