Hi,

The update to 6.0.2 has to be done manually from the version you are running, please refer to my replies in this thread: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/enfold-4-5-theme-update-update-failed-download-failed-a-valid-url-was-not-pro/#post-1021541
You can either update manually via FTP: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/how-to-install-enfold-theme/#theme-update, or upload the theme as if it was new under Appearance->Themes->Add New Theme.
If that doesn’t work then please try to delete the whole theme folder, then replace it with the new version. Make sure that you have backups of the site before starting updating.

Thanks for the update. How exactly are you testing that? I get this error message when trying to add the shortcode in question both when Enfold and a default WordPress theme is active:

Note that out support for third party plugins is limited, you might want to consider reaching out to the plugin developers first of all.

The login details did not work, so I couldn’t check your layout. Please try to add a Separator/White Space element to the cell and select a height for it.

Hi,

Did you create the layout using the layout builder first, and then you decided to switch to the block editor? If so, then you would have to chose which one you want to use and stick to that. The code in question is theme shortcode.

You need to update the theme via the theme options Enfold-Theme Update, or by using the Envato Market plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/. If you haven’t registered your theme license, then please refer to this: https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/

Hi,

Please see this screenshot: https://snipboard.io/TDqrS4.jpg. You can see both the 403 (forbidden by the server) and the error message that Ismael mentioned earlier in there. You can see the errors by opening the developer tools in your browser. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider and ask why the server is returning the 403 error, then we can take it from there.

Hi,

Thanks for the clarification. So the problem is that you cannot see the theme options at all? If that is the case, then please send us a temporary WordPress admin login and login URL so that we can have a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply. You might want to consider replacing the current parent theme with a fresh copy via FTP, or upload it like it was new. Please make sure to have backups of your site before you update anything though.
